Η κριτική που θα κάνω είναι καλοπροαίρετη με σκοπό την βελτίωση των παροχών. Να ξεκαθαρίσω κάτι έχω μείνει σε πάρα πολλά ξενοδοχεία 5 αστέρων. Η καλύτερη τοποθεσία στην καρδιά της Κρακοβίας, καθαρό και μοντέρνο δωμάτιο με καθημερινή αναπλήρωση νερού και καθαριότητας του δωματίου, μέχρι και σίδερο σιδερώματος και γυαλιστικο παπουτσιών έχει, αυτό που έλειπε από το δωμάτιο ήταν το μπουρνουζι από το μπάνιο. Το πρωινό κοστίζει 12€ για εμένα ήτανε ανεπαρκές δεν υπάρχει βραστό αυγό,η τηγανητό αυγό, μόνο μια ομελέτα και όχι καλομαγειρεμενη,δεν υπάρχει μπανάνα, μόνο 4 είδη φρούτων,ένα 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο έχει 8-10 είδη φρούτων, επίσης δεν υπάρχει φρέσκος χυμός πορτοκαλιού, μόνο τυποποίημενος. Τα ψωμιά είναι φρέσκα και νόστιμα.

As a Travel Agent, I travel a lot and so far there were only a few hotel like this one that stand out so high to my standards. Hotel Ferreus Modern Art Deco is one of them. To be honest I tried very hard to find something that I didn't like about it without any success. The Hotel has Smart applications from automated curtains to automated bathroom lights and even remotes to control mostly everything without making a simple move. Reservation team was great and very prompt to reply to all my mails regarding check in time, check out etc. Upon arrival, earlier check in was possible and from the moment we stepped into the room till our check out, there were no incidents. Bathroom amenities were again perfect. They had dispensers for Shower, Shampoo & conditioners and also a professional hairdrier for anyone that may need one. Breakfast (buffet Style) is very good and have a lot of varieties for anyone to choose what he/she wants. They also take orders regarding eggs, pancakes, coffee etc. Cleaning service was one of the greatest I have seen. Meaning they take care of everything and leave the place spotless and they even change sheets daily. The hotel is located close to everything plus it has good sound insulation from the bustle. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Krakow.

Great week vacation. Visited Krakow for a week vacation with another family. Beautiful hotel amazing views from the rooms. Rooms very clean with very nice design. Book a river view room with club lounge access. Great lounge with amazing afternoon beverage and snacks offering. The breakfast is the best ever had. Big variety and great service staff. The location Is the best in the city close to wawel castle and only some minutes walk from the main marker square. Krakow is beautiful city. Authentic buildings and many restaurants and cafes . Very friendly city for bike and walks.

We stayed here on a 3 day stay for our anniversary. Upon arrival we had to walk to a hotel around the corner to check in as there is no recption at this hotel. This was told to us prior to our arrival, so it was not unexpected. It's only a 2 minute walk. Check-in was easy and painless. Back at the globus, we pick up the key from your room Key safe. The room itself was clean and tidy and basic. The bathroom was a good size. There are towels, tea and coffee facilities and a walk-in wardrobe, albeit very basic. The bed was comfortable but low to the floor, and we also had single duvets, not a double. The hotel is only a short walk to the main square, about 15 mins max. You do hear the trams go by, but they were not a problem. There is a small shop below if you need anything and some lovely restaurants nearby by. One of which was our venue for breakfast every morning. This was the about 12-minute walk from the apartment. Good selection for breakfast so you won't go hungry.

After reading the other reviews online we were a bit apprehensive about the hotel. We were on a room only city break and can't really fault the hotel. There is no lift due to the older building but location was very good, very central to the restaurants/coffee shops. Room was neatly decorated, beds comfy, en suite clean, towels in room which did us for our time but if you need to change them you can ask at receiption, we asked to borrow a hairdryer, tea/coffee/kettle in room and asked for top up tea/coffee which was no problem for the young staff on duty. It is 24hour receiption and we were able to leave our luggage during the day to do some more sightseeing before departure. Really enjoyed our stay at Leone Aparthotel

As soon as we entered there was this disgusting smell that wasn’t nice at all. Reception staff was rude. We arrived at our room and the shower had no hot water we was told it takes around 40 mins for this to heat up, not good when we both wanted to shower. The tv did not work at all. The room wasn’t clean at all. The location was brilliant literally 5-10 min walk from old town and city centre. I will not be staying here again!!

Hotel is situated in the Jewish Quarter. Trams stop outside the hotel. Before arriving I contacted the hotel about transfer from the airport, pointing out we had a wheelchair. I had a reply from Karolina who gave details of the transfer but also saw we may need a disability room. She arranged this for us . The reception staff were very helpful. Rooms were kept clean and the buffet breakfast had plenty of variety. The room was large by European standards and carpeted. S good clothes cupboard and safe as well as additional drawers. Good sized bathroom too. We would stay here again if I Krakow. Thank you everyone who made our first visit to Poland a success.
