DEVE MIGLIORARE NELLE PRESTAZIONI. Clienti da 15/20 anni ma da dopo COVID 19 si ritorna ed i servizi sono ritornati scarsi. In sala da pranzo per un Ristorante così di prestigio solo tovaglietta di carta. Menù non assortito. L'altro ristorante di giorno dopo lo sci dal 2024 abbiamo notato che non funziona. Ci sono dei gazebo che sono appositi per giovani e menù da americani scadente. Preferibile come prima. Sotto scantinato per il deposito sci vi era acqua per uso dei clienti che ora non più. Altri servizi carenti. Il piumino per me è inaccettabile. Non è colpa vostra per la neve scarsa ma anche da questo punto di vista prima si sciava anche di sera mentre ora fino alle ore 15,00...?? Nella piscina spesso abbiamo notato acqua un pò fredda anche nelle docce....Guasti si ma nel nostro periodo era così...Anni prima vi era anche il pianista mentre ora nulla....Anche in camera docce scorrevole spesso fuori uso.

Excellent hotel near the ski resort. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is varied and delicious. Free large parking lot next to the hotel. There is also a free swimming pool for hotel guests with the possibility of a sauna. A playroom for the little ones, and extremely delicious coffee for the adults. An excellent place for a carefree vacation

This hotel is on the slope which means that it is one of the few places in Kranjska Gora where you do no need to carry your ski equipment which gives it best possible advantage. Food is really good with many variations (meat, pasta, fish, vegetable etc) The pool is maybe the best place of this hotel it is very large with separate deifferent connecting pools plus children area and jacuzzi. Hotel also has spa but with additional cost. The only thing that is not for 5 stars rating are the rooms which are small but who needs rooms when on skiing. The town Kranjska Gora is beautiful plus its position is great because you can ski in Slovenia have dinner in Italy or Austria (30 minutes away) and vice versa. Really great experience. We will be for sure cooming back.

Come sempre ci siamo trovati bene. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ottima cucina cura nella camera attenta pulizia iniziative per i bambini splendida piscina e spa...posizione unica! Un po' costose le bevande a cena ma nel complesso grande relax!

Già all’arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz’ora prima di avere le chiavi.Neanche una bottiglia di acqua in camera.Le camere hanno bisogno di essere rinnovate.Solo 3 impianti sciistici di 5 erano aperti con tantissima gente aspettare.

Nice hotel in a great location. Can't understand why they keep turning the hot water supply to the room, on and off, at different times of the day. Very annoying! For a 4 star hotel, one expects to find some means of adjusting the room's ambient temperature, these days.

Overall we were quite underwhelmed with our stay. The hotel and rooms are very old and dated. The rooms were boiling and had no aircon or climate control. On our first night, there was a party / event going on and the music was pounding through our rooms. I called reception to ask if they could turn it down and what time it was due to go onto, they didn’t turn it down and it ended up going on until 2:30am! Awful first night. And then we were woken up to the noise of building works at 7am going on in the car park of the hotel. This happened every morning. Additionally, the spa was out of device from the day we arrived, neither the spa closure or the building works were noted on the site or after booking so this was a very unpleasant surprise upon arrival. I would not recommend This hotel to friends

Gebucht waren für uns 2 Einzelzimmer, so lautete auch unsere schriftliche Zusage. Angeboten wurde uns lediglich 1 Doppelzimmer - dies wäre für uns gebucht worden. Nur unter sehr großem Protest wurden uns 2 Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Dazu mussten wir unsere kompletten Reiseunterlagen für die 9-tägige Reise vorlegen und vom Hotel kopieren lassen. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man nach einer langen Anreise abends im Hotel ankommt. Das Hotel selbst hat einen morbiden neo sozialistischem Charme. Die Mitarbeiter vom Restaurant sehr mürrisch, das Essen sehr überschaubar. Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders.

Closest to the ski lifts possible, very good breakfeast, very helpful staff, free parking. The only issue we had was the pool. Water was a bit cold, unexpected for the indoor pool. Rooms were a bit small, but we came here to ski and enjoy the mountains and beautiful Kranjska Gora, so for us they were OK.
