巴洛莎谷公寓(Barossa Valley Apartments)

These apartments are excellent, great value, exceptionally clean. The location in Tanunda gives exceptional access to the town and the vineyards. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and highly recommend them. We met the owner whilst here and he was very friendly and helpful.

lumpy uncomfortable beds, tv in bedroom has no signal. dried food left on cutlery in drawer and lip marks on glasses. worst of all was check in. i was asked for a photo of my ID and card used for payment to be emailed or sent to the personal phone of an employee. When I objected I was told I had been informed of this by *********** in the ‘fine-print’ when booking. what it actually says is that guests are required to show photo ID and credit card on check in. I was told if I did not sent photos as asked my booking would be cancelled with no refund. I sent the photos without my licence number visible and cancelled my card with the bank immediately. Never again getawaysSA.

We hired 2 apartments at this place and had a number of concerns Both apartments had filthy floors. You had to keep shoes on at all times One apartment had a coffee maker that didn’t work The pool could have done with a regular clean Bugs in it etc There was a hole in the roof of one of the bedrooms in the apartments and my relative freaked when she saw a rat poking their head through it There was minimal welcome from anyone. The cleaning staff looked glum and non approachable. Probably because they knew they were doing such a poor job of cleaning Spider webs everywhere We would have had a much better time if they had taken care in cleaning and caring for this place One of the chairs was broken. Luckily we worked this out early on or one of us would. Have fallen to the floor on it Sheets were not the best and poor quality This place has a lot of potential but they weren’t capitalising on it. The location was good but accomodation was ordinary
