非常糟糕的體驗,和家人12個人一起到吉隆坡的第一天的體驗,家裡人多數是60歲以上的長者,我們真的非常失望。我們強烈建議大家遠離這個商家,不要重蹈我們的覆轍。這個商家的好評都是通過要挾來獲得的,完全不可信。
衞生情況是如此糟糕,簡直讓人髮指。枕頭就是臟的,明明很簡單的保持衞生的工作卻做得如此差勁。更令人無語的是,我們並沒有得到一次性洗漱用品,這是最基本的服務,居然都沒有。馬桶上面還有明顯的污漬,這簡直是對我們健康和安全的不負責任的表現。
更讓人憤怒的是,他們最後以不給好評就扣按金的理由來要挾我們給五星好評。這種行為簡直令人作嘔!我們絕不會為了你們的利益而欺騙他人。他們的噁心手段真是不堪入目。
更讓我們崩潰的是,我們到達的第一天居然還被要求付款住宿費用,儘管我們還沒有入住。這種無理要求盡顯他們的無良行徑。
服務員的態度也非常糟糕,他們對待我們的態度簡直是冷漠至極。樓下的接待台居然找不到一個人,我們不得不等了整整兩個小時,最終衹好另外預訂了一家酒店,這簡直是對我們時間和旅行計劃的嚴重浪費。
總之,這是一次非常糟糕的體驗,我們的家人們都異常失望。我們對這家酒店的服務和管理非常失望,他們的行為令人無法接受。我們希望其他人能夠避免這個商家,以免遭受和我們一樣的不愉快經歷。
I had a terrible experience on the first day of my trip to Kuala Lumpur with my family, which included mostly people above 60 years old. We are extremely disappointed and strongly advise everyone to stay away from this establishment and not to repeat our mistake. The positive reviews for this place have clearly been obtained through coercion and are completely untrustworthy.
The cleanliness was absolutely appalling. The pillows were dirty, and simple hygiene maintenance seemed to be neglected. To add insult to injury, we were not provided with disposable toiletries, which are the most basic of amenities. There were also noticeable stains on the toilet, which is an irresponsible display towards our health and safety.
What’s more, they tried to blackmail us into leaving a five-star review by threatening to withhold our deposit if we didn't comply. This behavior is absolutely revolting! We refuse to deceive others for their benefit. Their disgusting tactics are beyond belief.
It was infuriating to be asked to pay for our accommodation on the first day, despite not even having checked in yet. This unreasonable demand perfectly illustrates their unethical behavior.
The staff's attitude was also extremely poor, displaying extreme indifference towards us. The reception downstairs was deserted, and we had to wait for a full two hours only to eventually book another hotel. This was a serious waste of our time and disrupted our travel plans.
In summary, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Our family is deeply disillusioned. We are exceptionally disappointed in the service and management of this hotel. We hope others can avoid this establishment to spare themselves from the same unpleasant experience.
