Breakfast buffet was good selection, However I think they need to improve of the front desk service,called for many times no one pick up my call and email only reply one then no more reply ,after when check in already mentioned want to add extra bed and is already 3.10pm but still no ready yet with the original room been booked ,and ask I would like to paid extra for add another bed still never done the process immediately and ask me go to the counter another time for payment ,asking to add another person for breakfast buffet never informed where I should I paid and wait until I ask ,please next time just tell your customer in one time settle everything ,do let we walk here there 😒 and please be on time to get ready the room ,if your not ready the room on time should let your customer have a drinks or snack while we are waiting ,no only seat there for nothing 15-20 mins for wait for nothing .

My experience at Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South was truly excellent. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with great attention to detail and comfort. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices every morning. The location is convenient and provides easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur and will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

overall, we had such a lovely time with our stay! the facilities were great, pool was slightly small but still had a good workout in. Plus side, the location is quite convenient in a way where it’s so near to the mall and quite abit of eateries in the mall. The room was spacious with a super comfortable bed, however the pillows were on a very soft side, would be good to had a studier pillow. The breakfast buffet had such a variety of options, loveee the hainan coffee. We also booked with the merdeka package with a free afternoon tea set, which was a lovely experience.

The hotel is attached to a mall but not much to shop at this mall. Can find some cafe n a 24 hours supermarket. The elevator is a bit confusing if you park at the mall car park. No train station near by. Breakfast place is crowded on thr day i visit. Waiter n waitress seems not well trainned. Coffee machine not working for a few times. Huge place n a lot of variety. Pool not too big. Room is big with good ammenities.
