Superb Stay.. Beautiful View & with the constant waterfall sound. Well maintained and clean rooms. Well maintained property & facilities. Breakfast is good. Food taste needs a little attention. Staff is excellent & prompt service. Overall a good Experience

Useless property with strange policies of the management. They do not honour Partners Club Card, They don’t allow redemption of Green Points but give you points when you pay the bills by Cash or card. Don’t know if this is ITC’s policy or an ITC managed property in the first place. I saw 3-4 staff sitting and chit chatting very casually on the stairs near the parking area. Not good.

Superb hospitality. Courteous staff. We reached after lunch hours, the staff had gone for their lunch. We were hungry and no one was there to serve us. So urvashi herself served us our food. We were well taken care of. We were provided with all the information that we needed about the city. It is a quaint small place. Ideal for family. We were with a 5yr old and were not worried about him wandering around the property.

Our favourite hill resort in India. Set in a fruit orchard with a natural stream winding its way through the gardens. The rooms are large and finished in wood with top notch bathrooms. The staff starting from the owner Urvashi are hospitable to another level. Had a flat tyre and reception had it changed for me. Food is excellent and the menu varied. The Fish and Chips was our repeat dish. Looking forward to visiting in the winter when Manali is snowed in.

Away from the maddening crowd & agonising traffic of Manali, this boutique hotel of 23 rooms is nested in the lap of nature with beautiful captivating views❤️ Spacious well designed rooms having large balcony or veranda with charming views. Rooms having attics are a boon! You name it & have it❤️ The staff is very attentive & warm and is eager to outdo each other is serving you ! Sumptuous breakfast. The only hotel may be in whole of India where on Sunday mornings the owner & GM of the hotel operate the live counters themselves The sound of running water inside the hotel is soo soothing & musical ❤️ ITC should be proud of having this hotel in their Group For me the reason of visiting Manali atleast once a year would not only be the natural beauty of the valley but staying in this hotel also! Must visit this home away from home and enjoy

Outstanding property, clean, sustainable and very comfortable. Location was great too. They have an extremely warm and helpful staff, always ready to serve with a smile on their face! We will definitely look forward to staying here on our next visit to Manali.

Lovely place. Very cozy. Very helpful staff. Most cooperative GM. Mr. Baldev from the restaurant was so helpful. House keeping gardener and every other staff is most smiling. Happy chose this place.

Few good things about the hotel: location and beautiful room. So many things to improve to meet ITC standards: 1. Their need to train their staff better. Staff in the restaurant don’t know how to take care of the guests. 2. They don’t have buffet breakfast which was really surprising. 3. They need to work on the amenities, amenities shown in the pics are pretty much not of any use. They are either locked or can’t be used. 4. Hot water can get over anytime, they need to work on this as well. I will not stay at this hotel in my next visit to Manali.

Let's begin with the location. The property is situated away from the city, which is advantageous as it helps avoid long traffic jams when heading towards Solang or Rohtang. However, the road leading to the property is a bit narrow and occasionally experiences congestion, although it's manageable. Upon arrival at the property, it's evident that Ms. Urvashi and her team have maintained it well, with expansive lawns, charming cottages, and picturesque views creating a blissful atmosphere. Staying in the Premier room was a delightful experience, albeit marred by a leaky washroom seat, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite Urvashi's preference for Kama products for bathing and grooming, improvements could be made to the comfort of the soap holders. Regarding the dining experience, personally, I enjoyed the food, particularly since I prefer milder flavors. However, my family wasn't entirely satisfied with the dinner quality. While some dishes like Butter chicken and yellow dal were enjoyable, the snacks left much to be desired. Paneer tikka and chicken tandoori were undercooked, and there seemed to be a lack of responsiveness to feedback. The breakfast buffet was decent, although it could have offered more variety given the property's status as MMT Luxe. It was commendable to see Urvashi's General Manager personally involved during breakfast, serving mouthwatering grilled sandwiches, which was a highlight. Overall, the property offers a pleasant stay, especially considering the absence of major brands in Manali. However, given the pricing and MMT branding, there is room for improvement, particularly in addressing issues like dining quality and amenities.

Very pleasant place. Even the owner is very humble. She is a good chef choclate fudge. One of best in manali. All of the staff were friendly though. Neat and clean with all amenities. Food was great. And it is away from city rush so you can find peace in here

On a visit to Manali we stayed at Urvashi Retreats. The views are stunning if you have the right room. We visited off season so there were only approx 11 guest including us. The rooms were pleasant, clean and warm (given the weather). The staff were very warm and very accommodating. As the hotel was not fully booked the staff were not particularly busy so always at hand. The most off putting part at breakfast and dinner, due to the low guest numbers was a line of six or more staff all staring attentively at you as you ate your meal. This caused some discomfort as we were not able to have any kind of private conversation. The cuisine was of a high standard and as it was out of season the chef was very accommodating and made dishes we requested off menu. The hotel does have a spa but is worth avoiding. It needs a lot of attention to get it to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. When we arrived for our treatment we were not asked to fill out a health form (which is generally standard) p. Upon my treatment finishing, I was offered no water or even 5-10 mins to relax get dressed and come outside. Instead the masseuse commenced to switch the lights on and started to noisily clean the room with no care for the customer experience. This was one of the worst spa experiences I have had. I would however stay at the retreat as overall the hotel is very pleasant and the staff were attentive and courteous.

Our stay in Urvashi's Retreat was amazing. The view of the mountains from the property is stunning and the place is so well maintained with clean and comfortable rooms with attention to detail. The staff is so courteous and a special mention for Baldevji for taking care of our needs. Away from the hustle bustle of Manali and a must stay if visiting Manali.

When my husband told me about this place, I was a little hesitant but I am so glad we went. It is a stunning property with the comfiest rooms. We got very lucky as we got to experience the snow and that just enhanced our experience. It is safe to say that the food served here is one of the best you will eat in the area. I absolutely loved their breakfast spread and always looked forward to it. The staff working there are very friendly and helpful so no complains there. We loved the little interactions we had with Urvashi during breakfast. One small feedback I had was, there is a strange smell that pops up in the bathroom sometimes so maybe it is something that can be investigated. Other than that, a brilliant experience.
