It was really great experience with “Vivaan The sunrise resort” We went there for 3 days And we had good vibe and services with the property , you’ll get a beautiful Mountain View and peak from the property! And two more Best thing Food & staff , both are good ! Specially One of Thier employee Mr Naresh singh , his behaviour and management was best ! Thanku Vivaan team !

Great experience at the hotel. They speciallly arranged for wifi just for our room because we wanted a better connection for office work. Staff went out of their way to help us

We had a wonderful stay at vivaan 😊, The Room was very spacious and neet & clean, the view from room balcony is absolutely breathtaking, food was very delicious 😋 and the staff was very courteous to help every time, their roof top restaurant is cheery on the cake 🍰 where you will see the 360° view of entire area. We will surely come back to stay here 🙂

Really beautiful view, it is high up the hill but definitely worth the view in the morning. Food was really good with more than enough quantity. Will choose again to stay here if ever back in manali. Cheers!

One of the best hotels we have ever been to. Food was delicious. Ambience and the view from room was great! For our next trip to Manali we will surely stay in this hotel only. Most Recommended for family and friends who wish to have a good time at Manali. Thank you for all the facilities.

I had booked a room for 5 nights from 19th to 24th May, 2025. Unfortunately due to war my flight was cancelled on 14th May from Chennai to Chandigarh. I therefore booked flight again on 15th May 2025. Again unfortunately my mother in law passed away on 14th evening hence my entire trip got cancelled. When I sent a mail to the hotel on 16th for cancellation and refund there was no response from the hotel. When I called on 25th one Ms. Akshita refused to listen and only repeated that refund will not be made as per the hotel policy. I fail to understand how can I inform the hotel 15 days in advance when the death happened 5 days before check in. Further she was very rude and impolite and impatient and sought for proof of flight cancellation. More than the money refund, the sales person Akshita was not guest friendly and expressed not being worried about my feedback. The hotel lacks hospitality and lack of sense to listen and understand the guest's concern.
