湖宮家庭度假村的評價

We have stayed here few times previously when we visited India. Hotel had been consistently declining and now it is pretty bad. We planned to stay a few days but checked out after staying there one night. We had informed them that we will arrive little early. Checkin time was 2 PM. We arrived there at 1.30 PM. They told us that checkin is at 2 so had to wait. We did. The room they have assigned us (booked a Luxury Pavillion Room) was really old, the AC didnot work properly, the bathroom toilet water was running and the bathroom ceiling leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. We reported to the front desk, they said “thank you”, they must have known this already. Overall this resort has declined to a two star experience, we loved our first stay here several years ago. Now the culture is totally different. We will not return to this resort again. Will try the other newer resorts with good reviews.
