Die Anlage ist schön am Hang gelegen, deshalb sind auch viele Treppen zu gehen. Der Pool liegt direkt hinter der Rezeption und am Weg zum Restaurant, sodass ihm etwas an Intimität fehlt. Das Restaurant hat Tische ohne Tischdecken und es entsteht eine sehr lebhafte Atmosphäre durch die Familien. Das Buffet wird am Frühstück nicht häufig aufgefüllt und am Ende der Frühstückszeit ist nichts mehr da. Abends sehr schönes Angebot( 1/2Stunde) indischen Tanz anzusehen.

I chose Cardamom County by Xandari because my previous stay, some years back with my husband had been so enjoyable & exemplary. So, it was without hesitation that I chose it for group of friends. A big plus is it’s ideally situated on the Main Street so you can walk to local shops whilst still having the peace of the beautiful gardens where you are staying. A negative is that the rooms are situated ***** relatively steep uneven paths. Not ideal for those unsteady on their feet. This time I found it had been taken over by Xandari & not for the better. The whole resort was a bit tired, although I could see that the grounds staff kept the gardens in immaculate condition. The rooms & bathrooms were dated. I moved to a ground level room from my very high level one -definitely to my detriment, it was dank and the hairdryer sparked. The room was not particularly clean. Especially, the drinking glasses. The food was still very good. The staff in the dining room, excellent, especially the senior staff member. Anjali in reception did all she could to make up for room problems.
