Service is too poor, hotel room r also not good it looks good but not maintained properly waste of money place they don't even provide handwash in washroom, bedsheet smells dirty couldn't sleep properly not at all a good place at this price they are charging too much money but not providing any service

It was good. Located to all nearby attractions as jeep safari, kalari, kathak, periyar wildlife. Recommended to future travellers.

Good location, nice rooms and great hospitality very nicely maintained

Location is good, at the heart of the city but calm and quiet place. The look and feel of the hotel and rooms follows traditional kerala architecture with wooden works but a bit more maintainance is required. Overall stay was good and comfortable

Expected breakfast complimentary rooms are average not so promising as seen. The way to the cottage and the stairs are under construction. No dental kit provided. Unhygienic bucket inside the toilet

Polite staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Super close to the tiger reserve. The bathroom fittings seem a bit outdated tho. Restaurant serves everything but it could be better.

We had a pleasant stay with our family, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Restaurant food is a little expensive but clean and nice.

The hotel was good. The room was spacious. We loved the place and the atmosphere. Our stay here in the hotel was excellent.

When we entered the room it was quite smelling and no proper ventilation was available in the room. The property was not maintained properly. The telephone set was also not present due to which we have to go to the reception counter again for small issues also. Even water was not available in the room although the security guard helped us to provide some water.
