On last month november we checked in to the periyar nest rsort hotel collected our keys and once when we opened the door of the road m we found one lizard and in a moment near the curtains what we see is one more big lizard so two two lizards , having a two year old baby with us do you think this is justified… this is what your clean hygiene looks like ????? so so disgusting We requested to give us another room and when we entered and opened that room the room was in such a bad condition, none of the charging points was working , the tv we on but that was also damaged not working again We were three people and we were about to receive third mattress the moment we saw the mattress that was in such a poor condition, no proper lights ,formed furniture and wall leakage There was leakage in the walls too Also so much happened and when we requested the staff member to help us to check out with our bags he did not cater for any services to us while we were leaving instead he asked out neighbour if he wants to take over our room as an upgrade… this is what your hospitality is…????? We were charged 4050 for giving all the above disgusting Servies

Visited for short stay. The location is good proximity to bus stand and other local shops. Rooms are clean and decent.

Hotel situated near the jungle No basic amenities available No electric kettle in d room for making Tea Bathroom was not clean Breakfast not so good Water problem in the morning Rooms not so clean Hotel staff is not trained Not recommended with family

Property location was far inside from road, cleanliness was average, morning breakfast was also average with poor taste. Rooms quality is below averagestaff was supportive,

Couldn't find resort. They didn't response and they didn't at-ten the phone call i don't reach the resort. Worst response.

Fake photos showing. Hotel room extremely bad. No shower no jungle view. Room door not properly working.

Just visit Kerala, the resort is really good their food is good their staff is really cooperative. The best part was the lawn area in the resort. If you visit Thekkady please book the Periyar Nest Resort.
