100% recommend. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Jungle Park Resort offers a unique experience of the charms of Thekkady. Welcoming me was an attractive building with a sleekly fashioned interior and stylish rooms overlooking lush greenery. Throughout my stay, nothing less than exceptional treatment was provided by highly professional staff. A wide-ranging selection of quality cuisines was offered to satisfy my selective palette, and the resort's design allowed for the safe viewing of incredible wildlife, particularly elephants. It's ideal location facilitates a balanced blend of urban and rural, enabling a taste of the best of both worlds. With Munnar a short trip away, nature enthusiasts cannot depart unfulfilled. Overall, this resort is sure to satiate through its inviting amenities, world-class service and creative originality. Awesome job!

Horrible customer service, reception staff very rude and don’t understand guest needs, owner need to have a customer service course and mainly how to understand what guest needs. TV not working they provide 11 inch Tv in there rooms, no electricity whole night on & off. I recommend pay more and get good hotels nearby. If you don’t want to ruin your holiday, please avoid this place

Visited the hotel in the month of October 2023.. The stay was good..Cordial staff members..Rooms and washroom were really neat and tidy..the breakfast was also good..the location of the hotel is also nearby to many tourist spots..

Excellent staff, mr gopi at the front desk was very courteous and professional. Resraurent is excellent.

Location is great. Food is okay. Breakfast option not much. Had to demand an egg preparation. Cleanliness is fine. For the deal I got this place, I'm totally satisfied. Parking is an issue. They have several cabs parked in front of the property with very less space for customers 😕

Good hotel stay at thekkedy. Hotel staff are very polite and kind. Inside restuarant was too good. We enjoyed complementary breakfast very thoroughly

We booked a room for two nights. Unfortunately it's nothing like what they have advertised. Don't be fooled by the name. It is literally in the middle of the town. Rooms: spacious & comfortable with a good view. But it looks old. Bathrooms: flush wasn't working multiple times. They fixed it though. Wifi: didn't get wifi 90% of the time. Food: decent breakfast and dinner. The dinner we had on the first night was horrible. In my opinion stick to the basics. Don't order anything fancy. Parking: decent parking space. Animal spotting: none. Overall experience: quite average.
