這是一條真實評價。第一站到昆明,在酒店羣裏對比了一通,最後選擇了這家新開的 JEN 酒店。出行前客服已經添加了我微信,也幫我進行房間的免費升級。作為香格里拉旗下的大堂,中規中矩,有工作日人員幫忙提行李這點細節做到挺好的。
1. 但是仍不禁進入房間的失望,房間面積很小,在昆明這個城市住出了香港寸土寸金的感覺;
2. 衞浴的佈局讓我有種進廠打工的感覺,沒有浴缸甚至沒有頂浴,花灑夾不穩,水流也小;
3. 雖然這麼小的廁所,但是排氣換氣效率低,味道久久不散;
3.房間佈局也是神奇,洗手枱在行李台旁邊,洗手洗臉同時把衣服也洗了;
4. 問了客服,客服的回覆是他們的面向年輕商務旅客,既然這樣,連房間內的時鐘都是壞的,讓人很沒安全感
5.本來想去他們的 SUMA 酒廊,住下來後算了,不想在同一個地方失望兩次
6. 使用攜程免按金擔保,不知道為何辦理入住仍需繳納按金
7. 最後,泳池和健身房是亮點吧,如果你在旅遊還能抽空出來運動的
This is a genuine review. After comparing options in the hotel group, I finally chose the newly opened JEN Hotel. Before my trip, the customer service staff had already added me on WeChat and helped arranged room upgrade. As part of the Shangri-La group, the lobby was fairly standard, but the detail of having staff assist with luggage on weekdays was well executed.
1. However, I couldn’t help feeling disappointed upon entering the room. The room was very small, giving me the feeling of staying in Hong Kong.
2. The bathroom layout made me feel like I was in a factory dorm—no bathtub, not even an overhead shower. The showerhead couldn’t stay in place, and the water pressure was weak.
4. The room layout was also odd—the sink was next to the luggage bench, so washing your face meant splashing your clothes at the same time.
5. I asked the staff about this, and their response was that the hotel targets young business travelers. But if that’s the case, why was the clock in the room broken? It made me feel uneasy.
6. I initially considered visiting their SUMA Lounge, but after this experience, I decided against it—I didn’t want to be disappointed twice in the same place.
7. Finally, the pool and gym were probably the highlights—if you can manage to squeeze in a workout while traveling.
