Хорошая гостиница, новая, чистая, номера уютные, СПА хороший, чистый нам повезло, было мало посетителей, и мы наслаждались всем СПА в двоем. Завтрак с хорошим выбором. Из минусов, сдвоенная кровать явно маловата и матрас не наш по мягкости оказался. Душевая комната все отлично кроме убогого умывальника, я честно не понимаю как это можно придумать, но как им пользоваться чтобы не залить себя всего я так и непонял.

Struttura bella e confortevole in ottima posizione per visitare la città. La camera era spaziosa, composta da due ambienti con la comodità di avere due bagni (di cui uno senza doccia però). Colazione eccellente con cibi di prima qualità. Buona la spa composta da diversi ambienti, più di una sauna e di un bagno turco, idromassaggio, piscina coperta e all'aperto. Veniamo ai problemi: il parcheggio, la struttura ha solo 13 posti auto (di cui due per auto elettriche) e alla reception non sanno fornire nessuna soluzione alternativa. Noi avevamo una camera "quadrupla" di cui due posti però erano ricavati da uno scomodissimo divano letto e da una poltrona letto altrettanto scomoda, avendo soggiornato tre notti mi sarei aspettato una sistemazione diversa, una rete al posto di un letto di fortuna (che per uno notte può andare ma se le notti sono di più no!) oppure almeno un materassino da mettere sopra ai due letti per aumentare un po' il comfort, da una struttura del genere, con 4 stelle e un conto a 4 stelle, mi aspetto decisamente di più. Altra cosa: la camera era pulita al nostro arrivo ma poi non è stata più toccata, venivano a rifare i letti ma macchie in bagno, capelli e addirittura bicchieri sporchi sono rimasti dove erano per tutta la vacanza. Ultima cosa, la gestione della spa: essendo una spa, appunto, e non un acqua-park ritengo assurdo consentire l'ingresso con ciambelle varie e addirittura palloni a bambini che passavano il tempo a tuffarsi e schiamazzare in acqua senza che nessuno della struttura dicesse nulla.

Overall our stay was amazing. SPA zone (specially on Thursday) and restaurant is top level. Suggestion for SPA - a little bit calmer music in sauna. Weird to try to relax while hearing some top hits. :D Room is very small (at least ours), but ok for 2 night stay. Automatic check in, reservation and dinner order went wrong which led us to unpleasant moments while checking out.

We had a lovely time and expierience during our wedding anniversary trip. This was gifted by us by our daughter trough “dāvanu serviss” option. The food, the lovation, pool and spa area was amazing. We had wanted to return to Kuressare and we were not dissapointed by the warm welcome.

Liked that spa and also the hotel room were warm. Spa is small, but very private, also they have outside pool. Good breakfast, hotel room was quite big. Location is great. I enjoyed everything. Nothing bad to add.

A quiet hotel with a great location. Town center was in a walking distance. Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from and many local products. Spa was little, but cosy. Parking was at the street, so not so many places around the hotel. On the positive side, there were two charging stations for the electric cars.

I am always strict during the summertime that I book accommodation which has air conditioning. Also when I was looking for a hotel in the Kuressaare earlier this summer. Johan hotel looked fine and I booked it. A few days before the trip I got offer to upgrade the hotel room to the one which has air conditioning and it seemed that the one I originally booked didn't had that. I was little confused but then I thought that maybe I had done some mistake myself and I paid price of the upgrade. So my surprise was huge when we were staying in the hotel and room was too hot to sleep properly during the night. There was no possibility to turn any cooling on. After the trip I contacted the hotel about the issue but they totally ignored my message. I think everybody should avoid this kind of hotel and book some other accommodation when visiting the Saaremaa

Great location. Our child loved a pool. A great gesture that made our child feel special and welcomed - the same robe as parents, just in his size. Cute! Breakfast area was a bit too small for the amount of people staying in a hotel, many people waited in a line because there were no free tables.

Lovely little spa hotel with apartments perfect for travelling with children and pets. The only downside was a very small and crowded breakfast area. If you want to have breakfast between 9 and 10 then be prepared that there may be no free table. Spa is small but very cozy and with warm water and air. One of the saunas didn’t seem to work though since there was definately less then 60 degrees C as written on the sign

We enjoyed our stay in the modern and convenient hotel. Room clean, modern and comfortable. Tasty breakfast with large selection of fish, warm and sweet food. We liked the spa. We only can recommend this place.

I loved our stay at The Johan Spa hotel. We were welcomed in the reception so warmly and this warm feeling sent us till the end of our stay. The rooms were clean and beautiful and roomy. It was nice to swim in the outside pool in the early morning and enjoy saunas in the evening. Will be back for sure!

It is a nice hotel in Kuressaare where everything is close walking distance. Love the small spa + outdoor pool :). Downside is that we stay at the family apartment all is IKEA and little warn out, needs update.

Nice hotel with spa. Only minor things like air condition and another coffee machine at breakfast. Breakfast was ok. Close to everything and free parking although it was full sometimes. Free parking also in the streets.

Excellent service, delicious cuisine, excellent breakfasts. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Free parking. But the smoking areas are located close to the windows of the rooms, where smoke enters if the windows are opened.
