So this hotel has everything you need - it is located 5 mins from the centre, has all the amenities you want in a hotel, fantastic breakfast, hotel terrace, toiletries, is comfortable and clean...but the best part about it, is the manager - Tatia. She made us feel at home, was extremely helpful, sorted out every issue and answered every question no matter how big (helping us book tours) or small (needed a nail cutter). She makes every guest feel seen and heard and truly gave us a feeling of home. even when we left the hotel, she walked us to the car, made sure the driver knew where to go and asked us to call her if we needed any help during the rest of our stay in the country.

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

Абсолютно новый отель. Номер очень приятный и удобный. Один из лучших, в которых я останавливался, тем более за такую не дорогую цену. Изначально остановились в другом отеле за цену чуть ниже, но там было ужасно, поэтому поменяли отель на этот и это было лучшим решением. Завтрак обычный, ничего особенного. Расположение тоже удобное, до центра 5 минут пешком.

Very good as always. Excellent reception staff if leaving a little to be desired in terms of the waiting staff. The rooftop bar is amazing!!!

Заселили ночью все хорошо . Накормили завтраком. В отеле номер большой и не успевает прогревается ( очень холодный ) . Расположение удобное в центре.
