魯卡谷滑雪公寓酒店(Ski-Inn RukaValley)

The room was amazing and clean, loved the sauna and the balcony view. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and breakfast was delicious! A bit hard to get there if you don’t have a car when the gondola is not working.

Nice stay near Valtavara hiking trail. On first floor restaurant with tasty cuisine. Sure return this quite place. Thanks for perfect time in Ruka, kitos ! :)

Prima kamer met kleine sauna met veelal uitzicht op de ski-piste. Wij hadden geen last van de drukte. Ski-piste is van 09.30 - 23.00 uur open. Wel erg jammer dat er op de kamer 1 redelijke stoel staat en 1 verschrikkelijke waardoor een van ons 2 op het bed moest zitten/liggen om te lezen. Beetje jammer en ook bij navraag was er in dit grote hotel geen stoel over. Op onze laatste dag was er een grote groep Duitsers en het viel ons op dat het aanbod van het ontbijt veel groter was dan op de andere dag. Dit ontbijt was prima hoor!

Tehokkaasti mutta laadukkaasti suunnitellut huoneistot ja tilat. Kaikki toimi niin kuin pitää. Kehitysideana sauna ajastintoiminnolla. Ainoa negatiivinen seikka on sijainti ja riippuvuus gondolin toiminnasta (voimakkaan tuulen takia oli pois käytöstä viimeisen vuorokauden) jos ei omaa autoa käytettävissä. Palvelut ovat yhä pääosin Rukakeskuksen puolella. Skibussit kulkevat harvakseltaan ja vain päivisin. Asiakaspalvelu oli erinomaista ja joustavaa!

Oli ihana paikka. Viihdyttiin erittäin hyvin. Uusi ja siisti. Kodikas. Ihanan lähellä rinnettä!

Hotel magnífico para visitar La Ponía!!!! Espectacular. Los apartamentos están muy limpios y en entorno inmejorable!!!! El hotel está en una estación de ski y se pueden hacer muchísimas actividades!!! Un sitio muy recomendable para visitar!!!!

Let's start with the positives. The hotel's location couldn't be better, situated right in front of the ski lifts and pistes. This made it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes first thing in the morning and to return to the hotel after a day of skiing. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean but without any cleaning services during the stay. Unfortunately, my experience with the Reception desk left much to be desired. Despite reaching out for assistance with various inquiries, I found the staff to be unhelpful and at times dismissive. This was especially frustrating when attempting to address issues with advice on snowshoe tracks and needing clarification on certain amenities and other bookings. It would be great if the staff could be more attentive and accommodating to guests' needs and use less: "We don't know!" Another downside was the breakfast options offered at the hotel. As a vegan with gluten restrictions, I found the selection to be quite limited. I encountered some issues with local taxis in the area. Despite travelling different distances, I was consistently quoted the same fare, which seemed unfair and inconsistent. No taxi meters. Overall, while Ruka Valley Inn has its merits, there are areas where improvements could be made to enhance the overall guest experience. With better customer service, expanded breakfast options, and improved transparency in local transportation, this could truly be a standout destination for ski enthusiasts.
