科威特瑞享酒店(Movenpick Hotel Kuwait)

The hotel is hard to find by taxis given its location near the port. The pillows are not perfectly washed. Other than that, everything was okay.

It was nice and quite hotel, but far from any grocery stores and restaurants.

Went here for staycation and to celebrate my birthday, Mary from the reception is such an asset to this hotel, she welcomed us and took customer care to the next level, with a free room upgrade up to designing the room with balloons and a free slice of cake with candle. I was literally surprised, she made sure that we felt welcomed and satisfied 😍 now the breakfast buffet was great, from bacon to omelette to pancakes and toast, everything is delicious. The f and b staff were courteous, salute to the filipina and indian staff of this hotel. Also would like to thank ravi who took the time to tour us in the hotel, harny from housekeeping who attended to our needs when we needed extra bottles of water and coffee. This hotel is really one of a kind, the real gem of this place is not the location but the staff who works here. They will not disappoint you, these staff deserves a raise and to be acknowledged. True hospitality, unmatched! Thank you so much

Overall, I had a great experience with the Movenpick hotel staff was incredibly helpful, I celebrated my birthday at the hotel, and the staff ( Ms. Marry and Ms. Njeri )were very nice and helpful and they gave me a cake for my birthday i was so happy with that what a helpful staff, it perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.😍😊

Sono andato per un breve incontro e ho dovuto prenotare da solo. Aveva il miglior prezzo e un facile accesso dall'aeroporto. Il vecchio posto e l'area della zona franca sono un po' morti di notte. Ma l'hotel è stata una sorpresa molto piacevole. Personale gentile e genuino, il cibo era ottimo e hanno un giardino lussureggiante e un'area piscina. Chiave di basso valore ma eccellente. La prossima volta che devo venire lo userò di nuovo.
