部屋はとても清潔、予想より広い部屋だった。朝食もとてもおいしく、スタッフも、僕の貧弱な英語に付き合ってくださって感謝しています。

Good location, close to most attractions in Kuwait

Das Hotel hatte eine recht gute Lage. Das Zimmer war eher schlicht gehalten. Beim Waschbecken lief das Wasser leider nur sehr schlecht ab. Die Handtücher Rochen so massiv nach gully so wie das Badezimmer selber. Das Frühstück war schlecht, wenig Auswahl die Butter war sauer und der Kaffee aus dem Kaffeeautomat leider auch teilweise nicht genießbar.

Had an overnight stay at the Ibis Sharq and as usual the Ibis ticked all the boxes for a reliable full service budget hotel. Rooms were small standard ibis with comfortable beds and some on the higher floors have good views. The reception staff were helpful and the location was convenient to anywhere you needed to be. Would stay here again.

Ottimo staff cortese e gentile ma non basta a dare un voto positivo all’hotel. Posizione eccellente anche se attorno sembra una zona di guerra, colazione mediocre per qualità del cibo e per il caffè espresso imbevibile. Stanze piccole, climatizzazione da congelamento sul colpo, bagni obsoleti e camere completamente da rimodernare anche se pulite e confortevole lato letto.

Bikesh being a good room attendant as he respond to all my request and he really clean and take care of my room as well as his guest. He really takes care his guest and communicate in a very nice way. i recommend him for being a good room attendant. Thank you for your care Bikesh. Asad

The hotel is really well-located in Kuwait City. It offers the standard 3* Ibis quality, though the rooms are a bit dated. There are some which offer a nice view. The staff is kind, helpful. The breakfast was really good, offers tastes of various cultures, which is much appreciated.

Spent 4 nights here in May 2023. This is a modern, well-maintained and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly, joyful and helpful. Water boiler and TV did not function properly but were fixed immediately. Loved the showers with strong water pressure. Breakfast buffet is exceptional, incl. the omelettes prepared to order. Several places of interest are within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel is very good with reasonable prices. Supermarket and various restaurants within walking distance a few minutes away. Not sure though I received the upgraded room for my Gold status. Keep in mind that Kuwait is quite expensive so this might be the best place to stay in terms of value for money and a good base to explore Kuwait. (Try the German cake here).
