R&Run京都服務式公寓&套房的評價

房間很大很乾凈，四人間有兩個廁所和淋浴，主卧的房間的洗漱間超大、浴缸和廁所分開，房間也很大，一張大床，空調很強，客廳放兩張小床，冷氣稍弱，客廳的廁所比較小，廁所和淋浴是一起的，床墊和床品都很好，房間備有咖啡粉、洗衣凝膠、吐司機、微波爐、電磁爐等、還有刀具、餐具、杯子、盤子和鍋具等。每天會送一拖車的乾淨毛巾，前台很熱情，步行到四條河源町、三條站和地鐵烏丸站都是十分鐘。斜對面有全家，另一側相鄰的街角有711。前台在三樓，一樓是枯山水裝飾和商店，前台不是24小時，入住前會發郵件確認抵達時間，最好回覆一下，另外去之前註冊好what´s up 和LINE，方便聯繫前台

Room is nice and cozy with cleanliness. It’s spacious and equipped with good facilities. Great location. Kind staff ready to help when needed. No outside facilities like hotels but not our problems. The big room and its surrounding area are good enough. 

Very highly recommended. Staff is friendly and helpful. Fuss free check in. Apartment is in good condition. Furniture is clean and new.

The location of the accommodation was good. We were a few yards away from the Samurai Museum..a fantastic experience. There were 4 in our party - myself, my daughter, her partner and their 3 year old. The atmosphere in our apartment was relaxing and comfortable. Issi on reception welcomed us in perfect English and showed us around our apartment. I liked our little sofa, which for once wasn't an unstable whizzing -around piece of furniture, usually only able to accommodate two people despite being vast! Whilst some of the corridor areas are rather worn, I liked this accommodation best out of the 5 accommodations we stayed in on our Japan tour. It had hanging space and surfaces to put a suitcase on. The beds were of a convenient height. We could hire a toaster. The AC was responsive. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. Two toilet cubicles was also a treat! It was clean , and we were not disturbed by noise. We had a 3- bed apartment on the 6th floor. It was near convenience stores too. The service at the accommodation was good and quick to respond. We were given 2 keys for the accommodation..not cards, which I suppose is a bit old hat, but we managed not to lose them. We really liked that we could empty our little kitchen bin into the big blue bin by the lift. This meant no waiting in for domestic staff , and no unnecessary intrusions when we were asleep or half-naked!

We visited Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Koyassan on our trip and this accommodation was our favorite!! We are a family of 4, including 2 college aged kids. This facility allowed us to be in one unit and hang out easily at nights like an AirBNB. We had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and LAUNDRY. The laundry in our unit was so helpful as we wanted to travel light. the machine did both wash and dry so you didn't have to stay at home while laundry was being done to switch machines. Better than most AirBNBs, this hotel also had room service and a concierge. The concierge was absolutely terrific because you can message them on WhatsApp and didn't have to waste your time going down. They provided a great restaurant recommendation for the favorite meal for a few in our family and happily made our other reservations. We highly recommend R&Run for families or groups!

我極力推薦這間家庭公寓。公寓寬敞、乾淨，床超級舒適，地理位置優越，距離火車站不遠，靠近當地的餐廳和商店。 如果我們需要任何東西，工作人員都會隨時待命，而且公寓裡有我們需要的一切，包括洗衣機烘乾機。 這不是最便宜的選擇，但是我們一家六口在京都度過了很愉快的三個晚上，京都是一個非常特別的城市，而且這間公寓讓我們有了真正的家外之家。 強烈推薦。
