位置相當好，有洗衣機有電磁爐微波爐，方便。

這是我日本之行最Nice的住宿！

Room is nice and cozy with cleanliness. It’s spacious and equipped with good facilities. Great location. Kind staff ready to help when needed. No outside facilities like hotels but not our problems. The big room and its surrounding area are good enough. 

Very highly recommended. Staff is friendly and helpful. Fuss free check in. Apartment is in good condition. Furniture is clean and new.

我極力推薦這間家庭公寓。公寓寬敞、乾淨，床超級舒適，地理位置優越，距離火車站不遠，靠近當地的餐廳和商店。 如果我們需要任何東西，工作人員都會隨時待命，而且公寓裡有我們需要的一切，包括洗衣機烘乾機。 這不是最便宜的選擇，但是我們一家六口在京都度過了很愉快的三個晚上，京都是一個非常特別的城市，而且這間公寓讓我們有了真正的家外之家。 強烈推薦。

The location of the accommodation was good. We were a few yards away from the Samurai Museum..a fantastic experience. There were 4 in our party - myself, my daughter, her partner and their 3 year old. The atmosphere in our apartment was relaxing and comfortable. Issi on reception welcomed us in perfect English and showed us around our apartment. I liked our little sofa, which for once wasn't an unstable whizzing -around piece of furniture, usually only able to accommodate two people despite being vast! Whilst some of the corridor areas are rather worn, I liked this accommodation best out of the 5 accommodations we stayed in on our Japan tour. It had hanging space and surfaces to put a suitcase on. The beds were of a convenient height. We could hire a toaster. The AC was responsive. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. Two toilet cubicles was also a treat! It was clean , and we were not disturbed by noise. We had a 3- bed apartment on the 6th floor. It was near convenience stores too. The service at the accommodation was good and quick to respond. We were given 2 keys for the accommodation..not cards, which I suppose is a bit old hat, but we managed not to lose them. We really liked that we could empty our little kitchen bin into the big blue bin by the lift. This meant no waiting in for domestic staff , and no unnecessary intrusions when we were asleep or half-naked!
