Me and my husband stayed here as part of our honeymoon adventure. Great location and everything is walkable distance. What made the stay special was Alex, he was a great help and provided us with all info. His customer service was exceptional and made it very lovely for us. Its very nice to speak with a fellow European who speaks fluent Japanese and is able to help customers navigate kyoto. He did a fantastic job- i was surprised that hes not the manager as his communication was exceptional. Bravo! We highly recommend 👌

對於日本的酒店大小，這家簡直太哇塞了！不小還乾淨，早餐也好吃，還可以在樓下的bar用早餐！

服務很棒，房間很不錯，意外還挺寬敞嘞。衹是前台英語真的很差哈哈哈哈，但超級熱情，會用翻譯器溝通，很可愛！
