京都度假酒店

真的是超值酒店，距離京都站就8分鐘左右，非常方便，門口還有公交站台，酒店的早餐簡直神一樣的存在，豐盛還特別好吃，後來才發現盡然是大名鼎鼎的La vista 旗下的，他們在函館酒店，一直被譽為全日本早餐第一名，而京都這家價格確格外實惠，酒店內的温泉也很舒服，就是人真的太多了，錯峯泡體驗還是非常好的，我們一定會再來。

我和媽媽在那裏住了一晚每人20000日元,有晚餐和早餐,住的很舒服,這更像酒店,除了我們需要在裏面沒有自己的鞋子(沒有腳髒)走動。當天訂滿了,我們提前入住了,這意味着我們可以不排隊就享受放鬆的私人溫泉浴。晚上晚些時候,在附近美麗的山地區散步了很久之後,我們還嘗試了大溫泉浴場,很熱,但很棒,其中一個浴場在外面的日本花園裏。我們從裏面到外面都熱了起來,在我們到房間休息好晚上之前,我們吃了冰棍。我們還享受了一頓豐盛的晚餐和早餐,真正的當地美食,在京都有典型的口味,應該精緻而“精緻” - 你不應該期望任何濃郁的味道,並且正確地烹飪。這應該是3-star-hotel,但設施已經完成。我們在這裏沒有錯過任何東西。我們認爲前台的工作人員並不令人驚歎,但絕對不差。我們不需要處理他們這麼多,因爲我們有書面形式的良好信息。一切都很乾淨,令人愉快。絕對沒什麼可抱怨的。我們肯定會喜歡再次回來。我的評分是4 - 不多或多或少。我當然看到他們還有改進的餘地,但總的來說,我個人並不理解所有的差評。

第一次給酒店寫點評，之前住的安縵都沒有寫，但是京都柏悦真的值得！我掉的項鍊馬上幫我找到並且叫專車給我送到了大阪，真的太感動了！spa真的很棒！房間也很好！服務沒話説！表揚前台一位日本比較高的男士！真的很温暖 I have never written any feedback for any hotel, but I registered this account and writing this comment specifically for Park Hyatt Kyoto. I booked the Kind bed with Garden Terrace room for two nights from June 28 to June 30. The view and the garden terrace are fantastic, and I can enjoy my own time and space with a cup of tea for the whole afternoon. The housekeeping team not only provided a considerate night bed service but also surprised me with little hand-made paper animals! I have also booked a 120min signature spa and 40min mini facial, and I have to say this is the time that I enjoy the most, even compared with Aman Kyoto. The most unforgettable thing is I accidentally lost my diamond pendant in the bathrobe. I thought it is going to take a few days to find it back. At that time, I was heading to Osaka, so I suppose they will find it and deliver it to me in China at some extra charge. Surprisingly, they find it on the second day! And most importantly, they send a person driving from Kyoto to Osaka, where I currently live, and deliver my pendant! They did not charge me anything, and they sent their warm greetings with little Mocha pancakes. I would definitely like to stay in Park Hyatt Kyoto again! And I strongly recommend people stay there! Great location, excellent service, fantastic view.

Overall, amazing stay at the Miyako Westin Kyoto. Great location (quite central but not in the hectic district of Gion, at the foot of the hills on the east side of the side), stones throw to most restaurants / places of interests. Immediately got upgraded to suite when checking in (Platinum Bonvoy member), great service and hospitality. Suite was beautiful with balcony and great view, 2 member of the reception went up and escorted us to the suite. Food was amazing! Great breakfast spread with Japanese and Western options (the croissants are to die for, probably the best I've ever had!). They also have a Japanese Kaiseki option for a more authentic experience Concierge was super helpful. They managed to book us a table at a 1 michelin star Kaiseki restaurant with one day notice (keep in mind that most places are booked out 1-2 months in advance and the concierge had to call 15+ restaurants to find us a table) There was also an in-house ”Onsen” (Japanese bath house) with over 2000 sqm indoor and outdoor hot pool. Amazing place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. Wonderful stay all in all and a definite stay again for future trips to Kyoto. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived at Roku Kyoto, we felt completely taken care of. From the warm greetings we received as we got out of the taxi to the genuine smiles and hospitality given to us at Reception. There is a pride that exudes from everyone at Roku Kyoto, and for good reason. It is an absolutely extraordinary hotel. But it's not just the beautiful accommodations and the incredibly thoughtful design throughout the property. Nor is it just the sumptuous food stunningly presented at every meal. It is the people who work there and represent the true heart and soul of what the Roku Kyoto experience is all about. My wife and I have traveled all around the globe and we have rarely encountered such a level of excellence. The architectural design, the interior design, the facilities and the grounds are all stunning. In fact, the photos from their website do not do it justice. The room we had on the 4th floor was gorgeous and the bed was perhaps the most comfortable bed we have ever encountered (and we travel often!). The tranquility, the views, the attention to detail throughout the hotel are are not just glorious but absolutely inspiring. The gorgeous pool is filled with water from the natural hot springs that abound in that area of Kyoto. It is a sumptuous experience to swim in that very special pool. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was the best we encountered in Japan. The food was beautifully prepared , the choices were extensive and stunningly displayed and the service was impeccable. In fact, service is another thing that sets this extraordinary hotel apart. It's not just well done, there is a pride and a joy that emanates from every member of the staff, no matter what their position. It's what gives this place true heart and soul and it's what elevates the experience. We will never forget our stay at Roku Kyoto and cannot wait to return! We would like to especially thank Kayo Naskagawa. Her attention to detail, her inherent ability to go the extra mile for a guest. Her sweetness and ease. Her ability to listen and use that information to heighten the Roku experience for a guest. Kayo, for us, represents everything we love about Roku Kyoto and why we cannot wait to return.

優點：1.房間大，普通標間比絕大多數日本酒店住着痛快；2.落地窗採光好，亮堂；3.床品品質好，用着舒服；4.服務好，雖然知道續住仍然每天換床單被罩。有事情給前台打電話會很快派人上來處理，在此非常感謝那位來自瀋陽的工作人員，入住後出現了一點小問題，非常順利地幫我解決了；5.隔音好，雖然對着馬路但一點噪音都沒有；6.交通便利，酒店到京都站之間有接駁巴士，附近也有公交車站。7.生活方便，周圍很多便利店，房間有冰箱，可以每天提前買好第二天想吃的東西放進去，也有餐廳，附近有家烤肉很贊。離京都塔很近。 缺點：房間沒有頂燈，晚上不夠明亮，正常使用沒問題的，如果需要寫點東西的話枱燈光線就稍微差一點兒。 總之這是一次非常愉快的入住經歷。

酒店距離JR駅大約10分鐘路程，沿途有餐廳，便利店，DONKI 大堂很華麗，check in 在reception登記，自助check out，有免費咖啡包及茶包。 房間大小如一般日式酒店，有睡衣，沐浴液齊全 床很舒服，枕頭偏軟 可選擇要不要每天整理房間 如果不需要，酒店職員會用紙袋放入樽裝水，毛巾，垃圾袋給替換，更有眼膜送 超級細心。

這家酒店提供了出色的住宿體驗。客房乾淨舒適，裝修現代，床舖舒適。員工服務友好且樂於助人，對客人的需求非常細心。酒店設施完善，包括健身房、游泳池和水療中心。早餐選擇豐富，品質出色。酒店地理位置優越，靠近主要景點和交通便利。整體而言，這是一家物超所值的酒店，我會強烈推薦給其他旅客。

環境：位置很好，附近地鐵和商業街很方便。但是房間很小！ 服務：❌❌❌ 這點一定要注意，酒店選項的單人就衹能住單人！加一個人加200一晚。這個其他酒店確實沒有遇到過！且都是大床房還需要補錢。這部分可以作為價格參考 附近街道吃的玩的很多，隨便出門就行。這個酒店旁邊還一個酒店 看起來大一些，可以按照距離找找試試
