Hemos estado alojados una semana en este alojamiento y queremos compartir lo bien que hemos estado. Sobre todo por el staff. Muchas gracias a Aman, que era nuestro camarero en los desayunos y cenas y además limpiaba nuestra villa ( un trabajo perfecto). Gracias a él nuestra estancia en la isla ha sido muchísimo mejor. Nos ha dado muchos consejos, siempre nos ayudaba cuando teníamos dudas, hablábamos mucho con él. Mi marido siempre estaba deseando que llegase el desayuno o la cena para hablar con Amán, era muy amable y divertido. El servicio que nos ha dado ha sido impecable, siempre con una sonrisa. Además, dar las gracias a Shanti ( no sé como escribir su nombre correctamente), el cocinero, siempre muy amable y sonriente con nosotros y su comida es espectacular. Totalmente recomendable. Y la chica de la recepción siempre muy atenta con nosotros, siempre nos ayudaba con una sonrisa, Y el chico del coche eléctrico muy amable y educado. Muchísimas gracias a todos, de verdad. Nos llevamos un recuerdo aún más bonito de la isla, un verdadero paraíso en la tierra.

Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt.. Vorsicht!!! Man kommt ins Zimmer und möchte sofort wieder raus. Ein unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch kommt einem entgegen. Alter moderig, schimmeliger Geruch. Man musste erst einmal Insekten entfernen. Desweiteren fand man Haare von vorherigen Gästen im Bad, die bestimmt immer noch da sind. Die Zimmer können nicht ordentlich verschlossen werden, weder von innen noch von außen. Der Whirlpool, wie er so schön im Urlaubskatalog angeboten wird, funktioniert nicht. Beim Pool ist man auf dem Holz eingebrochen. Der ungepflegte Strand wird von den Nachbarskindern besetzt oder den Hunden. Die Bilder die online zu sehen sind, entsprechen nicht der Realität. Beim Frühstück kann man wählen zwischen Müsli, Toast und Obst oder Ei, Pancakes und Obst. Es gibt kein Buffet und keine größere Auswahl. Als Kaffee wird leider Instant-Kaffe serviert. Das Abendessen war geschmacklich okay, die Auswahl aber auch mau. An mehreren Tagen gab es jedoch leider kein Bier, Cola und Sprite, obwohl es auf der Karte angeboten wird. Die Nachbarn neben dem Hotel spielen von morgens bis abends sehr laute Musik. Bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption, ob dies hier normal ist, erhielten wir die Antwort: „Die wohnen nunmal hier.“ Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, ungepflegt und viel zu teuer für das, was geboten wird.

Si te gusta la naturaleza este es tu hotel, ubicado en plena selva de La Digue a orillas del mar. Habitaciones grandes y bien decoradas, pero le falta mantenimiento. No hay buffet pero hay una carta variada para desayunos y cena dónde puedes pedir lo que quieras, platos muy grandes y ricos. El anfitrión está muy atento a todo y aunque tiene poco personal se esfuerza por ayudarte en todo para que te sientas cómodo. Pocas habitaciones por lo que es muy tranquilo y relajante.

Eine Station unserer Reise führte uns in diese kleine Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Die Lodges (insgesamt 6) sind in einem Top Zustand, geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Fahrradreservierung klappte hervorragend. Mohan hat uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr verwöhnt, uns auf eine kulinarische Entdeckungsreise (indisches Frühstück - sehr empfehlenswert!) mitgenommen und mit allen guten Geistern des Hauses eine schöne Zeit beschert. Am Geburtstag wurde mein Mann sogar mit einem Meer aus Blüten überrascht Vielen Dank an alle! Gewünscht hätten wir uns einen Wäscheständer für nasse Wäsche und Licht auf der Terrasse. Auch ein paar Tische und Stühle auf der Terrasse, wo man abends noch etwas verweilen kann, hätten uns sehr gefreut.

We stayed for 2 nights in Le Reax Luxury Lodge and experienced a wonderful time of course. The location is extremely scenic and on hilly steps just opposite the beach offering ocean view from rooms. The rooms are very beautifully furnished offering comfort and true luxury with personalized service and variety of excellent food. We will remember for ever the time spent in beautiful island La Digue in general and our stay in the Le Relax Luxury Lodge in special.

It was a good hotel, helpfully, and helped us with everything everyday. Mohan was so good and service minded. Good breakfast, big rooms, clean, sea view, nice bathrooms. We will definitely coming back next year, and recommend our friends this hotel, Thank you Mohan, Family Billkrantz

Very friendly staff, nice big rooms with privacy. Practicaly on the beach of beautifuly LaDigue, where you get the best vibes of Seycelles. Food could be improved, but the staff realy was super nice and helpfull.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notti durante la nostra luna di miele. Che dire, purtroppo al nostro arrivo la situazione ci è subito sembrata non delle migliori, la stanza di per se sarebbe molto carina ma purtroppo risulta essere quasi un bunker poiché situata direttamente sul piccolo giardino in comune con tutte le altre stanze, quindi se si aprono le tende si viene visti da tutti gli altri ospiti e le finestre non si possono aprire perché chiuse a chiave. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, al nostro arrivo le lenzuola avevano delle piccole macchie color ruggine e gli asciugamani macchie nere, il rubinetto era tutto sporco nella parte inferiore e con molti moscerini, abbiamo trovato altri insetti morti nella stanza e uno scarafaggio gigante che camminava indisturbato sulla tenda. Abbiamo anche chiesto dei teli mare e anche questi erano macchiati e quando lo abbiamo fatto notare il personale non sembrava particolarmente sorpreso. La colazione offre poca scelta ed il servizio è parecchio lento, la frutta non è il massimo, il succo di frutta che offrono è di quello industriale non fresco, in compenso l’omelette e i pancake sono buoni. La spiaggia di fronte non è molto invitante a causa di grosse secche di alghe presenti in mare che escono fuori con la bassa marea, ma a pochi minuti in bicicletta ci sono tante spiagge molto belle. Il personale era gentile e cercava di fare del proprio meglio ma purtroppo l’hotel non vale i soldi che si fa pagare.

Un grand merci à Mohan poilue sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Osez sortir de LA PASSE et des hôtels collés les uns aux autres et profitez ENFIN du calme de la serenite et du bonheur d’être presque seuls au monde !!!! nous étions dans la chambre avec vue direct sur la piscine et la mer ; Très bien équipée , le ménage est parfait chaque jour . Louez des vélos et jouez les Robinson seuls au monde. À recommander

The hotel is very nice with an amazing view on the ocean. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I was not sure about this hotel since few bad reviews but honestly speaking is really cute. You can’t choose a 3 stars hotel and pretend a luxury 5 stars treatment and then complain on Tripadvisor. Is worth it and many thanks to the staff. You are really amazing people!

It was wonderful. The room is modern and well equipped, the breakfast is good with fresh fruits and tasty Indian dishes, and the location is just in front of a beautiful beach. Special thanks to Aman for being that caring, helpful and professional, great person and great service !

The Le Relax Luxury Lodge is a dream for someone looking for peace during his vacation. A little isolated from the nearest hotels, it is located on the northeast of La Digue . The beach is less than a minute away from the lodge and is simply gorgeous and empty of people ;). Only a few minutes’ walk away is one of the most beautiful beaches we have found (Anse Pate Beach), with probably the most photographed palm tree in La Digue. The waves can be a bit rough, but it pays off hundreds of times over. The room in the hotel was large and well-furnished. For breakfast, you could choose between an Intercontinental and an Indian breakfast. The. Indian breakfast takes a little longer to be ready. From the hotel to the harbor, it is about 20 minutes by bike. You can borrow bikes from the hotel, but they are without lights, so we rode through the night on the way back. It's best to pack a headlamp.

Very misleading. Horrible experience!! Our room was next door to a family with yelling kids, barking dog and rooster woke us up at 6 am. Not the la relax stay we were looking for. The landscaping was not done/lawn full of weeds. Their advertised pool was green and HOT and not deep. Not really a pool. The actual hot tub was empty and not in service, if you could even find it behind the weeds. Our patio was in the middle of rocks with ants crawling all over the chairs. If you could look past all of this, the beach was across the street and was ok but you can not swim here. Rocky beach. The air conditioner was not putting out cool air. No cold running water. We took our complaints to management, showing them around the room and outside with our complaints, we never heard back from her. We spent that day going around the island looking for a different hotel room. We were supposed to stay three nights but it was so bad we left after one night and moved to a better property. I can't emphasize strongly enough that you DO NOT use this hotel. Definitely not the luxury relax lodge. they portray on their website.

Anything but luxurious. This Hotel should be wiped off the island, so poorly maintained. The eye sore of a neighbor next door with the screaming kids, barking dog and loud rooster. That was my view. Try finding the hot tub. You have to get past all the weeds and to find the weeds growing on it and no water. AC was not working correctly, no cold water, tape holding the shower panels together, landscaping not maintained, looked like a jungle, weeds everywhere, patio made of stone with lounge chairs in the middle full of bugs, need shoes to walk on it. The pool, tiny and .9 meters deep of almost boiling water. The beach across the street is not swimmable unless you wear shoes, its all rock. See photos attached, zoom in on a few. Tried speaking with hotel management and they made no effort. Checked out 2 days early and stayed at Patatran. They would not even respond to **********. So calling Visa to dispute this crap of hotel and its service. Beware of booking this place, their pictures are not up to date and the nice pictures you see of the beach is from Patatran Hotel a mile down the street.
