羅斯拉各斯温泉度假酒店的評論

房間挺大，廁所燈是壞得。這家酒店沒有什麼良好服務，當初看評分就很低，幾個熱門酒店被訂掉了。環境還可以，初看還不錯。但後面遇到噩夢。剛進酒店，店家推薦了騎馬和夜遊。騎馬的話，當時幾點，第一，除了頭盔，馬靴也沒有，這也造成後來被馬咬傷。第二，原來以為的平坦大道，變成狹窄的小道，有時需要6匹馬一起通過衹能容納兩匹馬的小路，造成擠壓碰撞，馬的情緒失控。當時在行進途中，被旁邊馬伸頭咬了。幸虧穿長褲，傷口沒有出血，衹有紅點和撕拉傷。商家解決問題亳無誠意，説好的情況説明和醫生保證，到現在還沒有發給我。温泉酒店，由於這次受傷，不能泡，使我造成損失，商家沒有任何説法。

房間很大很乾凈，温泉很好，酒店面積很大，景觀很不錯，可以看到火山。餐廳質量很好，服務很專業，早餐挺豐盛，值得推薦。

酒店有自己的徒步小道，看到了樹蛙，犰狳，藍蝴蝶等，還是不錯的，温泉也挺好，雖然不大，但是比較乾淨，整體還是性價比可以的

泡天然温泉看火山，度假村裡就能看到好多種動物，離鎮上稍微有點遠6公里。

性價比高的酒店，度假村很大，最好有車，沒車可以叫shuttle，早飯很好，裏面有温泉池8個，還有火山觀景點比國家公園還好看，真心推薦

Amazing Stay with Fantastic Hot Springs and Waterslides! We had an incredible time at this beautiful hotel! The hot springs were a true highlight—relaxing and rejuvenating, with breathtaking views. The waterslides added a fun and adventurous twist to our stay. The property itself is stunning and well-maintained, with a serene and inviting atmosphere. The only downside was the lack of dryers anywhere on the property, which meant we had to take some damp clothes with us on the plane. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with unique amenities, this place is a fantastic choice!

Excellent! Price is cheap, location is good, a lot to do in the resort! There’s butterflies garden, animal barn, observation point, beautiful gardens and plants~ room is very spacious
