拉瓦倫西亞酒店(La Valencia Hotel)

令人失望——位置優越，是一家保存完好的100年曆史的酒店，但對於所提供的產品來說非常昂貴。房間很小，空調陳舊，設施有限，晚上餐廳關門太早，游泳池很髒。

Close to beach which is lovely. Decent pool, hot tub wasn't working. There was a wedding at the hotel making the lobby chaotic and uninviting. Elevators are slow, decor is outdated. Rooms are Loud. Charge extra for a mini refrigerator (usually hotels have COLD small fridges and this one only has "coolers").

This property is grossly over priced and is on the level of Motel 6. Once you pay very high prices for a room and they add on a room resort fee it just makes you mad! Then another $$$ to park you car! Just simply a RIP OFF!!! I probably stayed in more 5 Star hotels than most people and I can assure you I have never complained!

We arrived at 4:30pm and our room wasn’t ready yet. At 5:30pm they put us in a room with no proper windows! The windows we’re covered with a white plexi glass. Considering the rate that I paid, I asked to be moved to a room with actual windows. They tell us that it will take at least another to get another room cleaned out because they only have one housekeeper available. We finally get to the room with windows at 8:30pm and if you’re a light sleeper you’re SOL. The AC was extremely loud everyone it came in that my kids kept waking up all night. Also, our room didn’t get cleaned out until we asked for housekeeping to clean the room. We were told that they didn’t have enough staff. Overall, the hotel stay was a disappointment considering the room rate they charge. I expected much better.

Simply put, the property is worn and messy. A hotel charging $700 per night should at the very least have in room clean towels daily if they can't provide maid service.

Location and view great. Staff and service is very weak. At the front desk they are rude, the air conditioning did not work in a room I paid $1000 a night for. The restaurant no one asks you for what you need. Pool service is slow and only person makes drunks, serves as waiter and also hands out towels and chair fixes. It is shocking how bad the service is and the property needs maintenance
