Personal muy amable, siempre pendiente de todo.

Hôtel avec une belle ambiance. Le personnel est fort sympathique. Très bien situé à El Tunco. Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse sont délicieux et généreux. Les chambres sont confortables. Bel endroit pour rencontrer d’autres voyageurs.

Great for solo travelers or groups. Super friendly staff, 24 hours security. Good internet.

This hotel is not reliable or honest. I wrote them an email days before my arrival informing them that we will be arriving at 2am. I arrived at 2am with my family and they said they sold the room to someone else. Funny thing is I had already paid in full and they did not cancel/refund the booking with *******; thus, being paid twice for the same room. Out of desperation, I had to sleep in a dorm room with my two kids and 6 strangers since it was 2am and there were no other options. They gave very partial refund that I had not option but to accept in that moment. When I tried to address this with ******* to get a more complete refund, the property refused. Overall bad experience and when they had the chance to do the right thing for a customer they refused. ******* has been no help in this situation as they let the hotel decide whether to refund or not. Of course a dishonest hotel would not offer an honest refund and ******* does not support the customer.

The property was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay there again!
