祕密景點青年旅舍(Secret Spot Hostel)

Très bon séjour. Propriétaire très réactif, logement nettoyé chaque jour. Tri pour les déchets. Hôtel bien situé, près du centre ville. Seul bémol, tous les parkings sont payants.

Empezamos con la atención telefónica, arrogante y borde,muy mala comunicación con el "jefe por así decirlo. Recepción inexistente. Baños embozados, No tiene parquing,súper difícil aparcar en esa zona.. No habilitado para minusvalidos.. El peor hostal donde he estado. No lo recomiendo.

First of all, there is absolutely no one at the reception to complain to as there are no reception hours. I booked a shared room with 2 beds. On the booking it was not clear as to whether the bathroom is shared for this room or for the entire property. It turns out that it’s a communal bathroom. The bathroom lights don’t even work so make sure to bring a flashlight with you at night. Also, they have no soap dispensers what so ever so make sure to bring soap with you as well. At least they have toilet paper. Furthermore, your back will hurt because you will be crouching all the time since the cieling is very low. I bumped my head like 10 times. The kitchen smells terrible almost all the time and the communal room barely fits 3 guests, I never found a place to sit. Moreover, I get that this is a hotel located in the mountains but a little pest control service won’t hurt. I had bugs crawl up my pillow every night. This place is absolutely not worth the price I paid. Ridiculous excuse of a hostel. There are plenty of better alternatives in La Massana. The only good thing about this place is its location. Never again.

I like the stay... it was safe and affordable.

Celling is to low. There is no parking space, if you need to park, will spend the same amount of a bed to park. Not worth it. Go to a proper hotel.

Challenging check in .. no one on site. If you don’t have phone service, you’re screwed. Room was a Tight space and 10 feet of view to wall out of the window. If you’re claustrophobic , avoid staying here. Bed was good. Bathroom good. Generally felt clean.

Chambre bien isolée, propre et agréable, bonne surprise en arrivant ! Deco originale et très sympa !

Endroit agréable pour dormir, seul bémol pour garer la voiture.
