El personal muy amable y atento, gracias 🙏💕. La ubicación es perfecta! A un par de cuadras de el malecón y justo a un lado hay de los mejores restaurantes y cafés. Un ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar, fue una experiencia muy agradable. Gracias Casa Velazco.

La ubicación es excepcional cerca de la mejor Zona de la ciudad restaurante y bares La propiedad es una casona reformada muy bonita el único punto negativo en lo personal la habitación que nos tocó me pareció básica sin mantenimiento y pisos llenos de mezcla tres pisos de piso la atención de su personal excelente

I really wish I could give it all stars because I really like the building and the common area. Firstly, there is no reception or concierge on the site. You have to open the doors with the lock box code that you receive in advance to get into the building and into your room, that’s OK however, if there is anything that you may need no one is around to help you, you have to message the property manager, and she will look into it. I had a basic room with the address and bathroom upon arrival. I noticed there’s a very bad smell so I messaged the manager and she said she can come and pour something into the sewage to stop the smell. I had to leave the house. I told her she can come and do it. When I arrived in at night, the smell was gone. I decided to take a shower. The water was freezing cold. I ran it for five minutes and it was still cold so I managed to wash the soap off me quickly as the water did not warm up. Then I was freezing cold while trying to sleep I thought I could use another blanket as I was shivering. I looked around. there’s no spare blanket so I had to put on all my clothes to feel warm enough to fall asleep. There was a noise of water running intothe walls and you could hear that constantly, I think the entire plumbing system of the building ran through my room, maybe. Then, around 12 midnight the upstairs people show up and start banging things to the floor that I could hear completely. So all in all it wasn’t a great day for me.

La atención fue excelente y la habitación cómoda en general y dada la ubicación el precio es razonable. Es una linda casa con una pequeña galería que hace amena la estancia. Lo único que mencionaría es lo mismo que he visto en otros comentarios, en ocasiones se alcanza a escuchar el ruido de otros huéspedes.

Casa Velasco boasts an excellent location, praised for being clean, having spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, I cannot recommend this hotel due to an extreme noise issue. There is a bar right next door that plays loud music until advanced hours of the night, and the walls are so thin that you can clearly hear neighboring conversations. As a result, I was unable to get any sleep or rest during my stay.

A lado del museo y la catedral. Cerca del malecón. Rodeado de restaurantes. La hab es básica. Pero limpia y lo mejor súper oscura eso Me encantó. La tv es mega pequeña pero funcional. El baño es amplio me falta un mueble por lo menos. Igual a la recámara una cajonera de perdida. La presión de agua lo mejor.

Muy bonito para una estancia corta, demasiado cerca del malecón y hay muchos restaurantes y comida cerca, la ubicación está increíble

Es la tercera ocasión que reservo y seguiré reservando cada vez que viaje a La Paz!
