Mi experiencia en este hotel fue sumamente funcional y cómoda, ideal para quienes buscan practicidad y buena atención. Lo primero que destaca es su ubicación privilegiada, que te facilita moverte por la zona sin complicaciones. Además, tener un sitio de taxis en la puerta y un servicio de lavandería eficiente son esos detalles logísticos que te resuelven la vida durante el viaje.Un punto a considerar es la acústica: las paredes son algo delgadas y se alcanza a percibir el ruido tanto de las habitaciones contiguas como del exterior. Sin embargo, se nota que el hotel conoce bien este detalle y se anticipa con un gesto de atención al cliente impecable: ya te tienen preparados tapones para los oídos directamente en la habitación.

Una excelente estancia. Muy limpio y nuevo. Seguro. Las mejores vistas y ubicación de la Paz. Todo queda cerca caminando. Estar en el malecón es lo mejor. Nos gustó mucho el restaurante Quinto Piso, una gran vista, excelente servicio y alimentos riquísimos.

The hotel was basic but clean. The front desk was helpful, especially the ladies, as they spoke English well enough for us to communicate. The maid service was very good. The location was perfect for us as it was less than a 5 minute walk to the dock, where we took a boat each day for snorkeling with Whale Sharks, Scuba with Sea Lions, or fishing. The only down side to this location is the hotel fronts on the Malecon and it is very noisy on the weekends. The locals seem to have a competition on who can play music the loudest in their car stereos as they cruise up and down the Malecon until the early morning. The hotel does provide ear plugs which help a little.

The room and amenities are wonderful. The rooftop restaurant was very nice and serves very nice food. Excellent staff. Fabulous location for walking to many great restaurants. The noise from the street was the only thing we were dissatisfied with. We were on the Malecon / alley side and were pretty sure there were cars in our room!

El hotel está bien ubicado y bien cuidado. Lo único es que la atención en la recepción no fue lo mejor. Una de las chicas no explico bien el transporte a las playas, no nos quiso dar más toallas para el baño y fue algo grosera al atendernos a nosotros y a otro cliente.

Das Zimmer war sauber aber nicht renoviert und es hat ein Super Ausblick. Würde ich nie wieder buchen jeden Abend bis ca.Mitternacht Autos mit unerträglich Lauter Musik. Personal Super .Frühstück extra war ok.

I stayed here for one night and was disappointed with several things. First, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were visible toothpaste stains around the sink, which is something housekeeping should never overlook. The beds were fine, but that was about the only thing that met expectations. Parking was another issue. The hotel’s lot was completely full when we arrived, so we pulled over briefly on the side of the road to figure out what to do. An older man in a blue Jeep (who seemed to be affiliated with the hotel) approached us and rudely told us that the area was “only for loading and unloading.” Not the best first impression, especially considering we were already paying customers, not just potential guests. What really bothered me is that the hotel only emailed after I completed my booking to say that parking is first-come, first-served and not guaranteed. This information should be clearly stated before booking, especially given how heavy and chaotic the traffic is in this area. Overall, between the cleanliness issues, poor communication, and an unnecessarily rude interaction during check-in, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Easy pass for our next trip.
