It is located on the border of Dinard, along the coastal road that leads to Dinard. Residence "Le Petit Robinson", renovated. 8 apartments in the residence. In the resort 3 km from the centre of Dinard, 600 m from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach, on a main road. For shared use: property 850 m2 with lawn, parking. Shop 1.5 km, grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "La Bodinais" 210 m, railway station "SCNF Saint-Malo" 9 km, ferry "gare maritime du Naye" 8.2 km, sandy beach "Le Prieuré" 1.4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, sailing school 1.4 km, indoor tennis centre 2 km, minigolf 1 km, riding stable 2.3 km, sports centre 2.5 km, walking paths from the house 900 m. Nearby attractions: Saint-Malo 10 km, Le Grand Aquarium de Saint-Malo 6 km, Cancale 20 km, Dinan 23 km, Cap Fréhel et Fort la Latte 37 km, Le Mont Saint-Michel 60 km. Please note: no lift.
