霍德爾帕諾夫廣場酒店(Novus Plaza Hodelpa)

Ubicación excelente, y el estado es relativamente bueno, pero tiene dos problemas, las alfombras de los pasillos huelen asqueroso y para cubrir el mal olor les echan un desinfectante que lo hace peor. Sería mejor que las eliminen. Además la calidad de las sábanas terribles, parecían de papel periódico.

Muy bien pero tienen un problemas tines en la nevera mucho de todo para consumir pero nada tines precio y te lo cobran cundo va a salir del hotel. Y en ninguna perte de hotel lo dice ojos con eso solo lo dice una botella de agua que cuesta 3:99 no la consumí porque eso si la dice que al que pagarlas. Ni en la resección te lo dicen yo escogí una habitación vip y pece que todo eso venía incluido y termines pagando 98 dollars por eso.

El hotel funciona porque es muy centrico, limpio y con un personal muy atendo. Es seguro. ... pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y las que dan la calle es casi imposible dormir del ruido de los bares, carros y fiestas fuera.

The hotel property is beautiful with a lavish pool at the back. The room and bathroom were modestly sized but relatively new. The cleanliness and attention to detail are not anywhere near US Standards. I was particularly annoyed at them not replenishing the coffee packs everyday. They do however give unlimited number of water bottles for free - which is very nice. The Reception staff (Hector particularly) was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is okay. In general, DR has no bread in their menu so the quality of bread is sub-standard. No oatmeal either. No concierge, so they don't sell any tour packages.

No lo recomiendo, esta viejo y huele feo. Es un hotel solo para pasar una noche, las habitaciones son tan pero tan pequeñas que 2 personas ya es incomodo estar, lo único bueno es la ubicación, de lo contrario nada. la cama, las almohadas, las sábanas todo es viejo y huele feo.

El hotel es comodo y limpio. El desayuno incluido excelente, opciones para los pequenos. Para quien visita el are colonial es centrico y con todas las actividades muy cerca. Hay restaurantes de comida rapida a 5 minutos caminando y restaurantes variados. Tiendas de recordatorios y vendedores informales cerca, lo cual da mucha variedad en cuanto a compras se refiere. La atencion del personal es excelente.

Arrived at 4 am, room floor sticky, air vent moldy, air conditioning not cooling. Requested another room, staff could not find another, said the rooms available had no AC. Had to walk out to find another hotel at 5 am. Requested refund, a week after refund hasn't been issued and found more unauthorized charges on my card.

The professionalism, courtesy and accommodating nature of the hotel staff was OUTSTANDING the check-in process was fast and easy. The complimentary breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was superb. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The very first day we found two roaches and the bathroom door ypu can be seating on the toilet if some body else wants to come in the door will hit your legs , the soap amd toiletries were for only one person I didn’t complain because I need it to be out early for a meeting next day
