全包酒店 沙灘很美

Excelente hotel. Ubicación, instalaciones, calidad. Deben mejorar en calidad de bebidas, un 5* GL no puede estar dando en julio de 2023 vinos blancos (albariños) de 2020.... Por otro lado la recepción es lamentable la atención, filas entonces para el check in/out que no corresponde a la categoría de este establecimiento.

Another fabulous visit to Casa de Campo! The grounds are immaculate, service is stellar, food is great, staff is warm and welcoming. We love riding around in the golf cart exploring the resort. Beach club is fabulous! Drinks are great, I think I had a pina colada every single day! Can’t wait to go back!

I used to own a villa in Casa de Campo and sold it 11 years ago...(sadly). Anyhow I live in Boston and was visiting my friend/business partner in Santiago. She always wanted to visit Casa de Campo, so I booked us and her 15 year old daughter a two night get-away. Unfortunately, it was from Monday to Wednesday and the place was somewhat dead. Very few people. The shoppes in the hotel were closed, which was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, we took our golf cart to Alto de Chavon and had a lovely time. We also went to the Marina on Monday evening and it was sadly, like a ghost town. Lesson learned: Book stays at Casa de Campo beginning on a Thursday, when visitors come for a long weekend. As for the food, we only ate by the pool bar and the food and drink were perfectly fine! Casa de Campo is still is beautiful, accommodating, filled with kind and helpful employees, has a great gym and pool, and the rooms are immaculate.

Casa de Campo, is a well run resort city. You can do just about any activity. The golf is first rate, the restaurants very good. Unlike much of the Caribbean, the service at the restaurants was very good. Friendly servers, good presentation, quality ingredients and normal wait times for each course. This time of year it is warm, humid and one can expect a little rain almost every afternoon. The place is so vast each guest is assigned a golf cart to get around.

A beautiful property with amazing, attentive staff! The service was friendly and so accommodating. The facilities abundant and the food incredible. Also visited the recently renovated spa which while pricey did not disappoint. Thank you Casa de Campo for making our 5 day getaway feel extra special.

Siempre acostumbro a ir a este hotel a descansar y relajarme, pero en esta ocasión no fue así, hice reservación para una noche la cual no la pasamos del todo bien. Primero la entrega de la habitación fue mas tarde de lo habitual por supuesta revisión del supervisor de mantenimiento, luego, al recibir la habitación nos percatamos que tenia un olor un tanto fuerte, como a insecticida o producto de fumigación, eto lo informamos a recepción y de inmediato atendieron nuestra inquietud y enviaron 2 chicos muy amables los cuales limpiaron la habitación completa y de inmediato el olor desapareció. Al momento de dormir, tipo 3 o 4 de la madrugada nos despertamos asustados por un ruido fuerte, este ruido parecía como si hubieran tocado muy fuerte la puerta de la habitación, cuando me pare en frente de la puerta para ver si había alguien sentía el ruido desde la manejadora del aire que estaba justo en el techo de la puerta de entrada, este ruido ocurrió varia veces la noche completa y por tal razón nuestro descanso se vio frustrado por este inconveniente, gracias a la amabilidad de los chicos de recepción nos concedieron un late check out algo que agradezco enormemente pues pude descansar un poco antes de tomar carretera para ir a casa. Amo este hotel, la comida, sus instalaciones y las atenciones de primera de su personal siempre me hacen sentir en mi segunda casa, pero últimamente las habitaciones no tienen la calidad a la cual estamos acostumbrados a obtener cuando vamos.

1. Check in issue was the security deposit, which is selected at random by the staff, stayed before and they double wht they put on hold per day. 2. Beautiful room , 5323 army of cleaning staff -but dirty under bed, told them about a burned out light on the first day - they never changed it. 3. Never been in a hotel that staff is eager to argue and fight , we had breakfast at la caña on Friday , a rest tht sits about 200 we were 2 tables in, 2 ppl and a 4 ppl table , waiter was rude to us because we asked were was our breakfast after waiting for 40mins. 4. Inconsistent service , no turned down service last night of the stay , like any 3 star hotel - not a expected in this 5 star hotel - and we were dealt with the “we will call you back in 5 mins , answer , which they never did and we kept calling back. We had to do with no clean towels for next morning. 5. At no point before we left , or while checking out did someone from management approached us to explain or excuse the lack of service, and of course they double charged our card which till date we are still waiting for the to release of the hold . Shame such a nice property is run so poorly while being incredibly staffed but without training. Definitely quality over quantity does apply.

This is our 4th time at this property in 5 years. We love it there. The service is impeccable. There are too many good people that work there, especially Fransisco who took care of us many time in various ways, as well as the supervisor of housekeeping who helped us with many requests that we had. We did have a problem with the room upgrade this year. Casa de Campo considered moving from 1st floor to the 2nd floor with the same room size an ugrade. They wouldn't change that until I complained to ******* on the check in email that ******* sends. But after that we were upgraded not only to a suite but a deluxe suite. So we cannot complain about that. But it did take a day for us to call and complain. Also the air condition in both room we stayed couldn't keep up with the heat and wouldn't get cooler than 74F. We will be back next year for sure
