Das Hotel war überbucht. Kammen an und es war storniert. Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Nicht sehr angenehm nach einem langen Flug. Er hatte dann noch irgendwelche scheinheiligen ausreden gesucht. Haben dann zum Glück ein anderes Hotel in der Nähe gefunden

NO RESERVEN NUNCA EN ESTE HOTEL. TENIA UNA RESERVA CONFIRMADA POR MAS DE 10 DIAS Y, LUEGO DE VIAJAR 12 HORAS EN AVION PARA LLEGAR A LAS 10 DE LA NOCHE AL HOTEL, ME DICEN QUE MI RESERVA NO FUE CONSIDERADA Y LE DIERON LA HABITACION A OTRA PERSONA, QUEDANDOME EN LA CALLE, SIN RESERVA, EN LA NOCHE Y SIN NADIE QUE ME AYUDE. PARA REMATAR, NO BRINDARON NINGUN APOYO PARA REACOMODARNOS. SIMPLEMENTE ME DIJERON QUE NO HABIA HABITACION Y NOS ECHARON NO RESERVEN NUNCA EN ESTE HOTEL

This small hotel was very comfortable and I was given a super big room. Breakfast on the terrace is great but above all I would like to mention the staff that since the reservation phase was extremely helpful, always smiling and available to explain things and give helpful advice.
