海濱碼頭旅館(Porta Marina)

Chambre poussiéreuses du au plancher de béton. Frigo qui fonctionnait seulement avec la clé dans le trou pour faire fonctionner l'électricité de la chambre. On avait besoins de la cle pour sortir de l'hôtel. Jai perdu mon insuline de surlue avant de me rendre compte de ca. Comme il n'était pas a température constante on compte 1 moins de vie.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans cet hébergement et le Menage n’a jamais été fait alors que sur Expédia il était marqué ménage journalier. Quartier très bruyant surtout le matin très très tôt pas de double vitrage donc insupportable le bruit . De plus le propriétaire voulait que je lui transmette via whatsapp mon numéro de carte bancaire prétextant que son terminal ne fonctionnait pas alors que au moment de partir cela fonctionnait très bien. Dans le passé j’ai fait énormément de réservations via Expédia c’est la 1ere fois que nous avons de tels désagréments. Petit déjeuner servi dans un bar à 200m de là juste une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie. Vraiment hébergement à fuir. Nous n’avons vu personne de l’hébergement pendant 4 jours sauf au moment du départ pour payer

Ho effettuato una prenotazione per capodanno, dopo qualche ora sonó stato contatatto dal proprietario e mi è stato riferito che la stanza non era disponibile per problemi sanitari e che lui aveva avvisato booking, ma la stanza era áncora disponibile sul sito. Mi è stato detto di cancellare la prenotazione e che mi avrebbero rimborsato loro personalmente. Oggi al 17 di gennaio dopo aver richiesto piu volte ed essermi illuso che i soldi sarebbero arrivati, beh per ora áncora niente.

Sono stata con un’amica in vacanza alle cinque terre. Porta Marina è stata un’ottima scelta perché ben servita e a pochi minuti dalla stazione. Abbiamo trovato una camera pulita e accogliente. Unica nota negativa è stata la colazione, limitata e poco varia.

Très bien situé

We did not have a good experience at all. Very noisy and extremely dirty. There are no staff that work here, it is not a hotel, it is more of a hostel type situation with paper thin walls you can hear the people across the hall whispering. No duvet just a tiny thin quilt and a very dirty and stained couch/throw blanket covered in what looks like mustard. Pillows were stained with blue paint splotches. Bathroom is disgusting, wear shower sandals or risk getting foot fungus. Someone’s facial hair from shaving was all over the mirror ledge and in the basket on the shelf. Baseboards have never been cleaned and are covered in a thick layer of grime and dust. The bed is NOT a queen bed, it is 2 twin beds pushed together with a huge gap in the middle so unable to sleep with your partner. The floor is cement, freezing cold, and very dirty. The door to the room does not lock automatically, you need to use the key to lock from the inside and the outside, which isn’t a huge deal but it is attached to another key you need to use to turn on the 1 wall lamp in the room (there is no lighting)… if you need to unlock the door you cannot have the light on so if you leave at night time you need to use your phones flash light to see the lock. The “breakfast included” is a croissant and cappuccino at a cafe 4 blocks away. Overall, 0/10 experience. Do not stay here.

My stay here was okay albeit only short. The host was proactive about providing check in information for our late arrival but all the information was incorrect. The name of the room listed on our booking, compared to the room named on our keys were different. And the check in instructions also had a different name again which led us to open the door on some sleeping guests in another room. Unsure how this same key opened our door but that presents a security risk. Majority of the place was clean except the bathroom which I felt the ledge hadn’t been wiped in weeks. No ticket for breakfast to see anywhere and in the rush of the morning we didn’t bother follow this up. Aside from that, a short comfortable stay.

Let us drop our bags off prior to checkin but a/c did not work.
