甜蜜美夢旅館(Sweet Dreams)

Camera molto bella, pulita ordinata. Signor Massimo molto gentile e a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione. La struttura è situata in posto eccellente per arrivare in qualsiasi posto. Grazie a Sweet Dreams abbiamo potuto riposare molto bene per poi visitare i posti meravigliosi che ci sono nella zona Ligure. Bellissimo!

As his fans know, Shah loves both comfort and convenience. And that’s the split that gives this place a mixed review. On the plus side, this is a very lovely place where the rooms are nicely adorned. Someone has taken very good care to ensure you feel right at home, from the decorations, to the linens, to the layout, and to the nice (and relatively large by European standards) bathroom. There is no doubt that the owners went out of their way to make this a distinctive staying experience. On the minus side, this is not a hotel but a guesthouse, and therfore you do not have all the conveniences that come with a hotel. In fact, in our two days there, we didn’t see anyone at the front office. We received a code to get into the place and the key was left on the door. The biggest drawback however is that the place has a very late check in time (6 pm) and yet a very early check out time (8 am). So if these times cohere with your plans, then that is fine, but Shah found it to be very restrictive. If you need to check in earlier, then that will be done as a favour to you, as Shah was told. If you are traveling on business and need a comfortable place to stay, then go for this place. It is about 1 km from the station. If you are there on vacation (La Spezia is after all a great base for Cinque Terre), then Shah strongly suggests any of the hotels closer to the station. I’m not sure of the comfort there, but you will certainly have the convenience of being closer to the station to make your CT trips and also getting all the amenities of a true hotel. Shah says: Give this place a pass, unless you are ok with the restrictions noted above. Shah’s tip: Yes CT is great, but do not miss Portovenere. It’s really quite amazing. Go there and you will see. You can catch a bus from La Spezia (2.5 euro; tickets can be purchased at the train station Info office). Then take a boat from there to any of the CT towns (except Corniglia). You get a nice view from the water and then you can go back and forth via train (which is amazingly convenient).

Owner was awesome ! Good location and nice room. Air conditioning is next level stuff! The soundproofing isnt that great and you can hear people next door.

We were on a romantic trip to Italy and chose this accommodation because of the good reviews and the jacuzzi. Nothing was exaggeration! Massimo is an excellent host and he gives nice advises. The room is romantic, bed is good and air conditioning is perfect for the hot weathers.

Such a cute little place to stay, like new and spotless but so cozy. The owner was great. Location was perfect to use the train and head to Cinque Terre and LaSpezia was charming. Do not hesitate to book

Le logement est situé dans un immeuble cossu proche du port et à 750 m de la gare (9 min à pied). C'est parfait pour prendre le train si l'on veut visiter le Parc Naturel de Cinque Terre. Le quartier est commerçant. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, lui parlant français. La décoration est d'inspiration "romantique" et soignée ainsi que la salle de bain. La literie est très confortable. Vraiment un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuit dans la chambre "provenzale" chez Sweet Dreams, et il n'y a absolument rien à redire, c'était parfait. L'emplacement est impeccable pour accéder à la gare de la spezia (8min a pied) et ainsi profiter des Cinque Terre. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité immédiate et une pastecherria qui vaut vraiment le détour au 207 corso Cavour. Les viennoiseries sont excellentes, c'est parfait pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre est spacieuse, au calme a l'arrière de l'immeuble, climatisée, la literie est grande et le matelas de très bonne qualité. La propreté est irréprochable et le jacuzzi deux places dans la salle de bains... Idéal après une bonne journée de marche ! Et pour couronner le tout, l'accueil 5 étoiles de Massimo, qui nous prodigue ses conseils parking, vient nous chercher à pied et nous conduit â la chambre. Adorable, gentil, drôle et d'excellent conseil, il parle très bien le français! Un immense merci Max pour ce moment génial. Nos conseils: le vendredi c'est jour de marché donc un peu difficile de se garer jusqu à 19h00. Allez vous garer de chaque côté de la route qui mène au stade de foot alberto picco, cherchez les places blanches qui sont gratuites, vous êtes gares à 3min a pied de la chambre. Question restos : il y a un food court en plein air super sympa sur le port et pour poisson et fruits de mer: officina del mare. Un resto semi gastronomique pour 35€ par personne avec vin et dessert.

Innanzitutto, ringrazio sia massimo e Angela per tutto l'impegno che mi hanno fatto fare una grandissima figura con la mia compagna, per i nostri 5 anni... Un gran bel weekend, passato in totale semplicità e amore, abbiamo girato per tutta la spezia dato che siamo di Genova, volevamo visitare in giro, e ci hanno lasciato tutti i confort è per lo più hanno prenotato praticamente quasi tutto, un bel sabato sera passato tra tutto quel che comprende la spezia, Dettagli della Camera: Perfetta, con pulizia ottima, è la Jacuzzi fantastica. Sono dettagli importanti! Siamo stati apprezzati e per lo più serviti per davvero. Non è solo un affitta camere ma è davvero e proprio il nome. Un grande sogno! La camera era presente di TV. E minifrigo bar. Spero di ritornarci per un'altra volta o altre più volte spettacolo!! Nuestra estancia fue muy linda desde la atención de Massimo, una persona que a pesar de solo hablar italiano fue muy atenta y nos resolvió todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia.
