Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet even though we were just off Interstate 5. We had clean towels and supplies in our room everyday when we came back to our room from being out.

I was so hopeful about this property because it was brand new. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. There were homeless people renting out all around. The rooms were disgusting, as well. Though the rooms were brand new, there were hairs all over, pee on the toilet seats, etc. the staff was extremely kind and moved us rooms, but unfortunately the second room was just as dirty. The staff were kind, but I would not recommend this hotel.

Brand new, modern , efficient. Gorgeous property. The windows were amazing. We faced the highway albeit beautiful plantings and trees camouflaged it and we couldn’t hear a thing!!!! The windows so totally insulated us from the sound. Gorgeous hotel. I wish I could stay much longer.

The hotel was brand new so everything was clean and wonderful. The location was great as well, easy on and off the freeway. They had a nice outdoor seating area with a fire in the evenings. Did not try the pool or weight room. My reservations said that I was to receive 2 complimentary breakfasts but upon check in I was told they don't have that after we were told the breakfast hours by check in staff. She said she would mark it down and let someone know but that it was happening frequently and there is no free breakfast. There was a small "Starbucks" in the lobby that had the breakfast foods and some coffees. It was only open for breakfast so no coffee later in the day. We ended up in an ADA room which was fine but apparently they were full and said that was all that was available. It was pretty full most of the time. I had made the reservations 2 months earlier. The elevator was the slowest thing ever. There were two but only 1 was working the whole weekend and the housekeeping staff used it all morning with their carts. Stairs were fine for us. Finally, I used a 3rd party to book the room which I often do. Upon check in they asked if I wanted to bill the same card on file and gave me a number but it was not a card I owned. I said my room was already paid and they said they still wanted a card. I gave them one and no additional charges were put on it in the end. I would probably stay in the next door hotel in the future if I needed to stay in this area.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower that was amazing after a.long day of driving. The staff was helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Great property with better prices than lesser quality properties. Very clean, modern, spacious, GREAT workout room, and nice pool. Shopping is a 5-10 minute drive. Would definitely recommend.

Nice new hotel. Pool was cold and restaurant food ******. Very understaffed at Bar and restaurant. Food was microwaved frozen meals

Amazing stay! Staff was friendly, room was big, everything was clean, parking was easy and safe!
