This place is the typical place that you say i not be going back there, even though it is convenient on my way to Lesotho. The room was terrible, shower leaking, tv not working, Report to the receptionist was not attended to, Ordered supper in room 3 hours before time and was still 45 minutes late. Breakfast was a disaster as they got my order wrong

I had an amazing stay At Cranberry Cottage. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly! Breakfast was amazing

The experience was good, checking in simple and efficient. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms good, spacious and well laid out. Furniture needing attention but functional. Dinner and service exceptional. Good value over all. Most helpful. Breakfast food good, service not the best. A team doing dinner and B team breakfast. Not bad just expecting so much more after dinner. Pub fun and service and variety good. A win, will return. Greta result.

Gorgeous accommodation. Safe, catered for all my needs. Romantic, tranquil environment and very friendly staff. Would just recommend healthier meal options on the menu especially breakfast. Also, a hairdryer in the room would be a bonus.

I stayed at Leopard and unfortunately experienced extremely low water pressure in the shower , i reported this to the rude reception who locked his door stating that the was on a call and told me he will send security which he never did . Despite my company covering breakfast and dinner expenses, I repeatedly encountered issues when placing orders, as I was asked to pay each time. This suggests a lack of communication between the restaurant staff and management regarding billing procedures. Additionally, the restaurant's service was extremely disappointing, leading me to settle for simple toasted bread and cheese for breakfast during my two-night stay due to excessive wait times for food preparation.

While back in Southern Africa after nearly 5 years, visiting many friends in Lesotho and South Africa Cranberry provided for a perfect stopover for us. The room was good, we could safely park the car and the food was very nice!

The service was great, the rooms were clean and it was as per my request. Everything was perfect except the wifi. The lower rooms don't get enough network coverage thus making it hard to watch anything on Netflix or YouTube

Beautiful clean and warm place... Very neat and friendly staff. Enjoyed every moment and loved the place. The room was very clean and shower facilities was so good. The car parking area was looked after very well. The security was very friendly and he was very good towards me..

Lovely spacious unit with comfortable bed and maculate kept gardens. Loved all the wild birds chirping their songs! The unit was modern and stylish with the bonus of a bath and a shower. In Room facilities consisted of a coffee machine, ketel and fridge. Flat screen TV with Netflix and some dstv channels.
