A nice stay experience.

The hotel was clean. The location is convenient. I wasn’t given any information about hotel policy upon check in aside from breakfast hours. They had a huge sign in the elevator saying they’d refresh the room daily. A small sign in the room saying cleaning service was only provided upon request. I requested it and when I returned it did not occur. When I called to inquire about it the clerk got an attitude with me and said their policy wasn’t to service rooms daily. They should remove the sign that says they do and educate customers upfront so expectations can be properly set. Breakfast was the same every day and honestly not that great.

The hotel is showing wear, towels were so old , they were grey color vs white. The beds and pillows were very lumpy. No linens for the couch, had to go to front desk to get it. I like this hotel chain, but no to this specific location.

Friendly staff, clean room but the dishes were left in the dishwasher. Not sure if that is the norm. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable.

We had an issue where we booked 4 months before trip. Forgot we booked 2 nights instead of 1. We had to take our daughter to school the same weekend as my son. The rates we got were non-refundable. We called and they were very understanding and cancelled the second night free of charge. Not only did they do that for us, but they also upgraded us to the King Suite which was a beautiful oversized room. Very comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and it’s staff. Awesome! We will be back to this hotel as my son is a Boilermaker and has 3 years to go! Thank you Home2 Suites!

The room and lobby were definitely clean, but there were some odd things. Staff were folding towels in the lobby, both when we arrived and when we checked out. Isn't this done in a laundry room? The room was not equipped with hand soap or lotion. We had 3 people in our room and the pull out sofa did not have sheets, blankets, or pillows. I understand that due to Covid, that they should not be left in the room, but when checking in, staff should have given us the sheets.

The room and hotel are very nice . Very happy with room and overall value. I made a reservation with ********** but check in clerk was inexperienced and made an error that results in me being double charged . And only correctable by a Manager with none being on duty until the next day.

1. The receptionist is not friendly. 2. The bathroom facilities are very good. 3. Breakfast is unbelievably simple.
