I stay at this property several times a year and it's consistently clean and has everything needed for a basic hotel. There's no frills, restaurant or bar but the rooms have been upgraded. The beds and linens are comfortable and clean. There's plenty of outlets and USB connectors. Fridge/microwave in all rooms. The bathroom is a bit older but perfectly clean and spacious. It's always a comfort to know I'm booked at this hotel and I will get quality for a reasonable rate. The front desk staff are always welcoming and accommodating. The location is excellent; right off the highway and close to plenty of restaurants, stores and gas stations.

This was the best Comfort Inn I’ve stayed at. Very clean, updated, comfortable. Location can’t be beat. Desk staff very thorough, helpful and friendly. It was busy, but she made sure you had everything you needed. All this and a good breakfast, too- for an exceptional price.

Very disappointed in our stay. Room was very outdated, heater/air unit made noises all night so we got no sleep, sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Pool wasn't open so they sent us across the street to their sister property. Weight room was tiny and had broken equipment in both properties. Saving grace was friendly staff and breakfast. Conveniently located off interstate and right next to Starbucks and Cracker Barrel but we didn't feel this was a good stay.

Chose property on online reviews. As entering the hotel you can see and smell that the property lobby was well cleaned. Met the general manager at check in and was very pleasant, from there everything went down hill. Went out and came back to the hotel around 8pm. It should be noted that when we returned the washroom had a bad odor coming from it so we flushed the toilet; toilet started to rise/clog. Contacted the front desk about the clogged toilet and was offered a plunger at the front desk. Went to the front desk and representative had plunger and caddy in a plastic bag waiting for me. Took plunger upstairs to room and started to plunge; water seem to be going down. Flushed toilet again and water filled up as before, but this time the water kept rising. Tried shutting off water supply but water start overflowing. Went to the front desk to complain and demand another room but the guy at the front initial response was for me and my family to go in the hallway as he call someone to get it fixed. I firmly told him that I wanted another room to which they eventually agreed. The new room toilet was newer and flushed good but bathtub and sink had slow drainage. Wife complained that a couple of the pillows smelled like musky sweat. We took the couple of pillows and put it on the couch. On a positive point the room was clean and had no odor that you associate with an older hotel. Overall the bad outweighed the good as the plumbing in that hotel needs to be addressed.

The lobby was nice, as was the staff. The room however, was not. We almost left. The bathroom did not look clean. Everything was old and run down. There was hardly any water pressure in the shower and we found 3 bugs in the room. We will not stay here again and do not recommend.

Close to the freeway and restaurants. Could use a good paint job on the walls as it was fingerprints and yuck everywhere in our bathroom. Our toilet liked to keep running if you didn't jiggle the handle. Notice about the pool being closed would have been helpful. But the beds were good and breakfast was great. Staff was nice as well.

Always a solid choice for a simple, comfortable and clean stay at a reasonable rate. Misty at the desk helped me out with an issue with my TV quickly and friendly. Very good location as well.

Friendly staff at check in and check out. Room seemed clean. Some trash around hotel parking lot and seemed to be a lot of sketchy people in parking lot in the evening. One asked me for a job.

It was really late get to the hotel and the check in was really quick i really like that .because of getting up early the next day and get back on the road everything was nice really enjoyed it
