My stay was really good until my husband got sick and we needed to leave and get him back to Mississippi before his condition got worse.We had to leave money on the table because the hotel would not approve us for a early checkout due to the fact that ******* would still charge them. So the Hotel and ******* chose to ignore the fact that their customer had a serious emergency to keep money in their pocket!! This is sad! My husband has been in the hospital since Monday 9/11/23.. I was there for my brother’s wedding I would not have missed that if it was not a serious issue! So I’m mot sure if I would use ******* are stay at this Hotel again.

Over all the staff was great and very talkative but at check in they did not notice any of my request or honor them. It was hard to sleep and noisy. The tv was not working when it did it was extremely dark.

Front desk worker wasn't very friendly. There was a group there when we checked in that seemed like a team. She wasn't nice to them either. Every person seemed to have had issues checking in and she didn't apologize or act sincere. Multiple people were complaining about checking into dirty rooms while I was checking in, which made me weary of staying at this hotel. The only positive thing I can say is the breakfast was amazing and the breakfast attendant was extremely friendly and stayed on top of replenishing the food and keeping the area clean. She deserves to be recognized, especially for the amount of people she was helping during a busy weekend.

Room and hotel in general was clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was well stocked and delicious.

We are frequent visitors to the area, however, our normal location was not available this time. We decided to try the Holiday Inn Express, and unfortunately we will not be recommending it. We were staying for business and needed a hotel that was convenient, quiet and clean. The location is nice, and the public areas are well maintained. However, we stayed for three nights and our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. Our trash can was over flowing and we had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels. The walls and floors are very thin, and we heard people throughout the hotel at all hours of the night. We were awoken with random phone calls from the front desk and people knocking on our door in error. One bright note was the staff. They were cheerful and we really appreciated it.

The staff was wonderful. They were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and breakfast was amazing.

When we checked in it was okay. The staff did not explain where the elevator was. Once in our rrom on the first night it was extremely noisy. I was told that their was a bunch tournaments for various sports activities. The last night that we stayed at this location the parking lot was extremely full and we had to keep maiking circles until we saw someone leave. The walls are paper thin. We could here everyone walking in the halway no matter what time of day or night it was. The hallways themselves are really dark. We tried to call downstairs to let them know we wanted an extended check out so we could actually get some rest. The lady told us she couldnt do it and we have to wait until the morning to speak with someone. Overall this relaxing baecation me and my spouse were supposed to have to get away from normal life was an absolute nighmare.

This property is located in a very central location to restaurants and the interstate. The only problem we had was we had 2 adults and 3 kids in my family, but they only had a room with 2 queen beds. We were told that there was a pullout couch . But nothing was there to use.
