拉斐特Staybridge Suites酒店(Staybridge Suites Lafayette)

My key continually stopped working, but they would not replace it. I had to go get it reprogrammed after each use. It was not next to a magnet or my phone. I also had to ask for my late check out (supposedly included by my IHG rewards) every day of my stay. It was written down, but not passed along to housekeeping. Finally, there is no housekeeping on weekends, meaning that if you stay Friday - Monday like I did, you pay a weekend surcharge for less service.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a nice variety and was hot. The gym was good. My room was on the first floor and every time the guest above me walked the whole ceiling sounded like it was going to fall. It was very loud. Outside of that, it was a nice stay.

Room was real nice. Could have had a better breakfast tho. Omelets not hot, and only meat, smoked sausage not so good. Next morning only meat was sausage gravy. Definitely prefer bacon.

Got a call from hotel 90 minutes before check that due to an unforeseen emergency of a guest, we could not stay at Staybridge Suites. They put us up next door at Best Western but due to room configuration not being a suite, I had to get 2 rooms. I thought I’d get two rooms for the price of the suite, but instead it cost me $250 more! Manager was nice enough but they should have done the right thing and given me two rooms (for the price I contracted to pay for the one room suite) for my inconvenience.

We had an unfortunate situation with an malfunctioning door lock when we returned to hotel at around 1am. All of our belongings were already in the room so we couldn't just change rooms. The young man that was working that evening tried everything to get the door unlocked and after an hour or so was finally able to get it unlocked. He could not have handled the situation any better than he did. Stuff happens and he deserves a pat on the back.

Staybridge was absolutely fantastic! The room was so nice and clean! The staff was absolutely amazing! They all went above and beyond! We had the best experience ever! The next time I travel I will be booking an IHG hotel!

I stayed here 3 nights for my son’s move in to Purdue. It takes about 17 min to get to Purdue. The facilities are great including the comfy beds, sofa, small kitchen. This hotel is located nearby highway but no car noise at all. The indoor pool is also great. The breakfast was delicious. Only downside is I can hear footsteps from upstairs. It’s not something I can’t stand but a little annoying.

First time staying here and it was excellent. Although there were some noisy tenants, the room was awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, very clean and quiet. The indoor pool was closed but that did not figure into our choice of hotels. Really nice, would stay here again.
