My key continually stopped working, but they would not replace it. I had to go get it reprogrammed after each use. It was not next to a magnet or my phone. I also had to ask for my late check out (supposedly included by my IHG rewards) every day of my stay. It was written down, but not passed along to housekeeping. Finally, there is no housekeeping on weekends, meaning that if you stay Friday - Monday like I did, you pay a weekend surcharge for less service.
