The AC didn’t work, but maintenance did try to come fix it at 10:00pm. The room still didn’t get cold. The bathroom was too small.

Room was hot on arrival, I called room service and they fixed it in timely manner;however, when I woke up it was hot again and I had to call once again and they fixed it in timely manner. Overall the stay was not the upscale experience I had hoped for. Bed was lumpy and there were short black having the bathtub.

They did not clean ,our trash cans were full room , they did not replace repace contents the contents after being asked twice, we had to request that our room be cleaned which meant I have the trash cans empty the beds made and towers replaced after making this request when we return to room,nothing was done. Not even fresh towel. Again, not even shower gel. I was smart enough to bring my own shower wash so I stay here was it pleasant at all you asked if I was staying here again I really don’t think so.

I’ve stayed here a number of times and this time it was just very very dirty. I don’t even believe my room had been cleaned and if it had you couldn’t tell. I moved rooms and had the same problem. The gym had no working water. They need to upgrade and update this hotel.

This hotel is so beautiful and clean. It was decorated for Christmas and was just gorgeous. Perfect location to downtown restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The exterior of the hotel as well the location are nice and attractive. My room a bit less so (a large stain on the curtains, the shower curtain was a bit tattered and the tub drain lift did not lift), but the bed linens were good and I liked the view out my window of the water, bridge and regular American townscape).
