False advertisement. The official public offer on *******.ca stated there is a heated pool. In fact the pool, located inside the building didn't work because of broken heater. There was the note on the pool room informing about the problem.
Because the pool was the main reason why we choose that hotel we politely asked for refund. So we could book the proper hotel. Unfortunately, when we contacted the hotel clerk, she told us we have to contact *******.ca directly, since the hotel does not manage the website. We did contact the *******.ca . The ticket was created. No resolution so far. To make things worse ******* clerk "Nana" required to prove that the heated pool really didn't work. I spend many hours to prove that the pool was not in the promised service. Not the solution I expect from reputable company which stands behind their service. Funny things somebody at the hotel a couple hours later changed the note to " the pool does not work because of "unexpected low temperature". Heated pool? Both hotel and ******* clerks called me a liar. In fact that issue totally ruined my honeymoon trip so I have to cancel leftover trip and return home loosing decent amount of cash.
