Great service and food.

Was super comfortable, neat, the food was quite good

Nice enough hotel, but I was double charged at check in. They first ran my card through on the USD POS, said it did not go through and then ran it through on the NGN POS. When I discovered a few days later that the USD charge did go through, they told me I would just have to ask my bank to do a charge-back. Have been fighting this ever since and I'm out of pocket US$1710.

This is best stay for me in 2023 in that location. Staff outstanding, special thanks to the manager Agnes. The room is spacious and food is very tasty. Quiet and safe place to be.. I would recommend Nordic as a family friendly place. Worth the money!

This hotel, on Tripadvisor, has got so far only good reviews. Let us first clear any suspicion of cheating. Most reviews showed good and sincere-looking reasons for the enthusiasm. In this human-sized hotel in the middle of Lagos, a certain idea of design can strike at first. There has been some hard thinking from the start. Lightning is ensured in small corners everywhere, convenient to have private conversations. Bookshelves dominate the reception areas, and the books are chosen for good reasons. The works of Andersen (of 'Ugly Duckling' fame) and Kierkegaard (a Danish theologian and philosopher, into Christian love and single indivudals, for short) are well represented. There are also both a Kierkegaard and an Andersen suites, for good measure. Effectively, 'we design [underlined] to inspire' is the motto. Power cuts (we understand that, in Lagos, these are not uncommon) are dealt with by an automatic switch to a secondary system, ensuring that connections do not get lost or other inconveniences. As for cleanliness, we can put top marks again. Although the name of Mrs F****R comes up regularly in good reviews about the staff, we saw everybody equally engaged and engaging. A few challenges with organisation in the restaurant, though, sometimes result in longer-than-expected waiting times. For what it is worth, here is how the secret formula works: Scandinavian humanism, hard and thorough initial thinking about designing a classy-rather-than-lavish hotel, followed by professional and competent management, and here you have the Nordic hotel Lagos. Needless to write, a visit is a must.

The place is filled with beautiful aesthetics. I loved how I free They made me feel and I must say the customer service is on a hundred percent. Place is very neat and free of insects. I love love every bit of my experience here🥹.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé, au calme. Les chambres de bonne superficie, il manque un peu de rangement. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le seul bémol est le restaurant : pas très bonne qualité et très long dans la préparation des plats.

Great diner, waitress Tobie very professional and attentive. Asked questions. Restaurant service in the evening really fast and well served. However, there needs to be a better breakfast proposed to the guests. That shall be the focus to make the experience exclusive as it is a boutique hotel. Cosy means great breakfast and exceptional diner as there is limited view and activities.

Servicio excepcional. Todos y cada uno de los trabajadores eran amables y sobre todo serviciales. No tengo nada que Objetar. En el otro lado de la balanza, el desayuno era pobre y no tenía mucho donde elegir y las habitaciones son excesivamente pequeñas. Yo iba con 2 maletas una grande y otra de cabina y no tenía espacio para dejarlas casi. El mobiliario es más bien nulo más que por 3 perchas que hay. La experiencia es positiva.
