I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Avari. The front desk staff, particularly brother Aizaz provided exceptional service throughout my visit. He was always courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I truly appreciate his dedication to customer satisfaction and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

A fantastic hotel. Security is tight, no random person can come in, which is excellent and they are also very welcoming. Staff are impeccable in any department within the hotel. A very clean hotel (Waseem Akram) in house keeping does his job amazingly, will go out of his way to meet your demands. A lovely soul! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights early February and loved my time here. Really comfortable rooms and excellent staff. I wish I could take their shower with me everywhere. But really the location just tops it all. They have a very lavish breakfast service with a lot of options from desi and western items. Food was not mind blowing but good enough for me to ensure I get up every morning to avail the complimentaey breakfast.

I was on my business trip and i booked avari for my stay. It was a great choice. The staff especially Mr. Aizaz awan was kind and great person. He happy heartly welcomed me and was fully coopretive. Such nature and behaviour of staff is almost missing in other hotels. Thanks avari for such kindness.

Located in the heart of Lahore. Unbelievable experience here in Avari Xpress,clean rooms ,great environment, educated, friendly and very polite staff ,special thanks to Aizaz. I would highly recommend for travellers to stay at this hotel.

Excellent customer service. They genuinely try to facilitate guests wherever possible. Really enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable. Had some issues with my booking through agoda and was kind of left stranded by agoda. Called hotel (Avari) directly and spoke with their customer service Manager (Mr. Mansoor).He with the help of Mr Sameem at the Avari Xpress hotel Lahore went above and beyond my expectations to facilitate this and got this sorted. My stay was very comfortable. Excellent customer service delivered by these two gents and overall great customer service/experience!

We travelled form the USA to Lahore for my son's wedding in November 2023. We booked 3 x Twin rooms for my family and 1 suit for my newly wedded son. This was the third time we stayed at Avari Xpress, Lahore with my family. As my son was getting married, we were extremally worried and unsure how things are going to workout. Especial appreciation and thanks to Mr. Shameem the Duty manager for helping us in making the wedding event and our overall stay at the hotel so smooth and memorable. We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks, everyone starting from the front desk, security, bell boys, room service and kitchen staff were greeting us by names. Special thanks to Tahir Sahib, the kitchen manager and his staff for serving us with the delicious food and taking good care of my family. Also special thanks to laundry service staff for proving us excellent laundry and dry clean services. All my family loved overall experience, as every one was so loving, caring, respectful and cordial during our stay. We loves you all & GOD BESS everyone.
