1. Receiving at reception. Was received and greeted, welcomed and driven to rooms. 2. Room was class with tidy bedding,fire and work area and adequate bathroom facilities. 3. Dinner: Delicious food with all required options to cater for all types of guests 4. Breakfast was excellent with friendly staff who emptied table immediately and were standby to offer assistance. I had a wonderful stay at the Panari Resort in Nyahururu. The resort is located in a scenic spot, overlooking the Thompson Falls gorge and the Marmanet Forest. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and well-equipped with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to every need - a special mention to Mr Alex. The food is delicious, with a variety of options to suit different tastes and preferences. The resort also offers many activities and facilities to enjoy, such as a heated indoor pool, a spa, a fitness center, a tennis court, and a golf course. The resort is also close to some of the attractions in the area, such as the Hippo Pools, Lake Ol Bolossat, and the South Marmanet Forest. I would highly recommend the Panari Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Nyahururu. It is truly a 5-star experience.

I loved my star in Panari Resort. We had an awesome experience with my wife. Nice hospitality from everyone and especially from Alex.He ensured we didn't lack a thing during our stay. The Bush Breakfast was just amazing.You can never go wrong with them.

Great resort high in the mountains (2300m altitude) located on the right hand side of the Thompson Falls gorge, about 5 minutes from the falls itself. Beautiful rooms (don't forget to ask for fire to be lit before you go to sleep), excellent service and amazing food. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything runs like a well oiled machine. Wholeheartedly recommended!

We had a very short time in this resort, but really nice. Hill resort with very nice view, good and polite staff, delicious food etc.. one good thing I have seen, they never wait for any tips, as usually see in the hotel industry.

Very nice set up loved every bit of it. Very friendly staff and dope meals. Thanks to Oribi Expeditions for bringing us. We had the best experience with them. The bar next to the pool, the bonfire etc. We will definitely be back!

Had excellent service from Henry. He ensured we had the correct room. Brought our luggage and had our room heated. Brought an extra bed for my many children and toured me around. The bar was also excellent with relaxing music and excellent service

It is a great holiday destination. It was very cold at night even with the hot water bottle. Consider having extra covering for those who may require them.
