UCLA箭頭湖旅館(Ucla Lake Arrowhead Lodge)

For the price (we paid $550 for a one-nighf stay in a 2-bedroom) we were extremely disappointed that we could not eat on-property for either breakfast or dinner (no reservations available) and that the walls were paper-thin. We were kept up all night by noisy neighbors and awoken extra early by loud, small-children in the room next door. The grounds are beautiful but that was the only redeeming element of our stay. We will not be returning.

Excelente hotel! La propiedad súper pintoresca a las orillas del lago. Los chalets con chimenea increíbles y la comida muy buena!

Un lugar único entre el bosque, con un paisaje hermoso, el jacuzzi adentro con chimenea. Las instalaciones súper bonitas.

This place for $400 a night this place was the worst room I've ever stayed in. If it was around $200 that would be more reasonable. The room was old, wind flying in through every seem. The heater made noise all night even when not on. It sounded like a ticking bomb. The downstairs shower had less water pressure than a leaking hose. Had to get takeout for dinner because covid restrictions. Anyways, I will not be coming back to aarowhead anytime soon.Thanks

Terrible value to price. Don’t pack much luggage as you canNOT park near your door and have to wind hairpin icy walking path to get to room. Everything is old, so wood warped on windows and old paint peeling causes bitter cold to come in. Then gas wall heater cannot be controlled well - blasts “dragon heat” causing everywhere, esp. upstairs loft/bed to be unbearable. Spider crawling around 😵‍💫 No microwave, no TV, no in-room coffee …you have to get dressed in the morning and walk in the freezing cold on hair pin path a distance to the lodge. No food availability except window of an hour, luke warm expensive buffet (no menu choices,) no wine nor alcohol to purchase anywhere near. This was an expensive, uncomfortable “glamping (camp)” experience - would not recommend!

The outdoor public sports facilities are very good, there are basketball courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, the surrounding environment of the cabins is very bad, the greening is not good, the vegetation is bare loess, the slopes of the paths are very steep, and it is difficult for the elderly to walk.

Rena was the receptionist that checked us into the Lodge. We would often come back to her with requests, inquiries, restaurant recommendations…. Etc… She was always so helpful and a delight. We will be back!
