奧蘭多博偉湖萬豪村莊萬怡酒店(Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista in The Marriott Village)

Near Disney and Universal. Nice setting with 3 Marriott properties on site. Easy and large parking and plenty of food choices around.

Had a hard time cancelling reservation. This hotel charges too much for an average hotel. I visited this at hotel during pandemic 2020 and still had to pay parking and breakfast was not available. Hotel gave no breaks. They are greedy. I know not to recommend this hotel because the owners wont work with you. Thank you Corporate for helping out with the cancellation though.

I did not have the tv remote in my room. I walked to the front desk to ask for one and I was told that they would bring the remote to my room. After an hour, I called guest services this time and I was told the same thing for it to not happen at all!!

Beware, ********** showed my room (2queen standard) with a balcony, which is not the case and misleading - however, when I showed the woman who checked me in, she kindly gave me the upgrade which I greatly appreciated. Could this hotel use some room and linen updates, yes … are you going to be in your room much? Probably not! Great pool area, and shuttle to Disney Springs (note - no shuttle to airport or elsewhere). Staff was great and kind. Felt safe and attended to, bistro had good food, Starbucks coffee, and front desk was always attended. Fitness center was larger and had even more than photos led me to believe. Splash pad provides great water sound to relax to for balcony rooms. Only negative was a bathroom in much need of ventilation, better air situation (only got cold if door open), peeling wallpaper (prob from lack of ventilation) and in need of reno.

This property was just ok, no free coffee, the Starbucks inside the hotel was not good, and the manager of the hotel was not accommodating at all. They didn't get us into our room until 11:20 the evening of checkin and after losing a whole day, gave us a $50 voucher!

Our stay was nice. The 2 things we had issues with are transportation to the park and no one answering the phone when we called before our stay. Most places we've stayed has transportation that runs regularly so we could enjoy the park as long as we want WITHOUT xfering to another park to get back bc our transportation stopped! Ugh, who wants to do that after walking around all day! So we ended up spending $50 on parking fees so we could enjoy the parks and then go home when we wanted to.

The courtyard where we had reservations at, was sold out. They didn’t honor our reservations on ********** because it was a 3rd party vendor. They put us across the street at another Marriott hotel. We like staying at the courtyard because of the pool.
