迪士尼大佛羅里達水療度假村的評價

這家酒店非常好，離MK最近，酒店二層直接可以乘坐小火車一站就到MK，晚上從MK出來乘坐火車的人特別特別特別多，這時候就可以到2號碼頭乘坐遊船回酒店。來奧蘭多迪士尼全程衹需要住一家酒店就好，完全不用換酒店（別問我是怎麼知道的）。這家酒店有遊船、火車、巴士可選擇，還可以用UBER，很方便的。 酒店房間很大，衞生很好，有手持花灑，不是那種掛牆式摘不下來的，也方便。 酒店餐廳21:00準時關門，我們回來晚了，晚飯沒吃成，啃了半袋餅乾，想回酒店吃晚餐的話，要安排好時間。

我們的房間俯瞰著湖面，還能欣賞到魔法王國灰姑娘城堡的美景，我們還能在陽台上觀賞煙火。地理位置真是太棒了！

We had a wonderful stay, unfortunately, last day we found a blood stains bath towel and it put us off after you have paid an expensive rates and you expected to get the best for everything and the worst is that we have informed and show the pictures of the blood stains towel to the guest service cast member named INDIA she promised to return with manager communication regarding this incident WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM THE RESORT and it was not accepted and this incident spoiled the whole stay experience remember to check the towel before put onto your kids even with the 5 star hotel

O Hotel é lindo em vários aspectos: lobby, jardins e quartos. Tudo muito bem cuidado e conservado. Você não precisa de carro para se deslocar aos parques da Disney, pois há diversas formas de se deslocar gratuitamente, sendo hospede do hotel (barquinho, ônibus, trem,,, à depender do parque que você quer ir). Isso o torna bem prático e cômodo. Há um buffet de café da manhã, com os personagens da Disney. Porém, gostamos mais das opções gastronômicas do Gasparilla Island Grill, que também faz parte da estrutura do hotel.

The hotel is great because it is beautiful, it has an amazing location and because you just feel that you're still in a Disney park when you're there. Some specific things that we liked: - The transport to the parks is great as well - monorail, boat or bus - really good. - We also really liked the character breakfast at Park Fare when we booked that, plus the Enchanted Rose cocktail bar was great. - Watching the fireworks from the swimming pool was really cool. - Exploring the other Disney hotels nearby - e.g. the Polynesian with their own bars, restaurants and activities for kids. But - it's expensive and you don't get the hotel experience you might expect for spending this sort of money elsewhere and you don't get exceptional service. Some specific downsides for us: - Room was OK but not great for the money - you just accept it because it's Disney. - Getting a place to eat isn't straightforward and it gets annoying. You have to book everything through the Disney app - you can't just walk down for breakfast for example. If you don't book somewhere, you are left with the island grill place which is not what you want when you are paying this much for a hotel - crappy food and plastic cutlery. The only buffet breakfast option is the character breakfast at $60 each. Then in the evenings, all the dinner slots between 5pm and 7pm (ie when you want to feed your family) seem to disappear really quickly with long wait times for joining the wait list. We spent waaaayy too long generally on this holiday saying, "where are we going to eat tonight" and it was a stress. In my view any 5* hotel has to have a bar and a restaurant available dedicated to hotel guests for you to eat when you want to. The restaurants are available to all Disney guests and you can't rely on being able to get a decent meal when you need to - especially needed after a long day at the parks. One evening we complained about this and the manager got us a table at one of the restaurants. That was fine for that evening but the experience in this area continued. In some ways it's a bit like being at a vacation club with pools and restaurants available, but then you've got no self-catering facilities. The above are annoying, but you're left with an amazing experience anyway because of the good things about it all. You just have to remember the rules for Disney hotels aren't the normal rules.

El hotel es hermoso, elegante y moderno a la vez. Cuenta con tiendas, restaurantes, piscinas y mucho más. Está ubicado frente a un precioso lago. Son super agradables todos los espacios. La habitación en la que nos quedamos era amplia y cómoda, con una pequeña terraza con vista al lago y al castillo de Magic Kingdom. A la noche se veían los fuegos desde la misma. La ubicación es muy buena cerca de Magic Kingdom, a tan solo una parada de monorriel, que pasa dentro del hotel. Hay servicio de lanchas, ómnibus y/o monoriel hacia todos los parques de Disney. El personal del hotel es super amable y servicial. La comida no nos gustó mucho, pero llegamos a probar solo fast food.

I would rate it a 4 for normal hotel but for the money we spent my expectations should be higher. Place is beautiful and great location. Three issues and I am not going to list cost as we knew what we were getting into. Loss luggage for my daughter’s room. Pool closed and you have to manually check when it reopens. Garden pool has three flood lights that are run by noisy and gas smelling generators. These flood lights are not needed. Totally ruin the ambiance of the fire works and noise and smell is a turn off. For company that promotes green wasting gas like this is insane.

We spent 3 nights at the end of June, and it was a wonderful experience. We stayed in a Club level 1 bedroom suite. We could see the fireworks from our balcony. The rooms were large, and there was a large pull out sofa for the kids. We had nice breakfasts and lunch/snacks on the club level. Easy access to the monorail. One day we took a very expensive private tour, and were picked up at 2pm. So, we spent the morning at the pools, which were very nice and not crowded. However, on the last day, we came back at 1pm from the MK to get our luggage, and the Mad Hatter pool was packed. Service for us was excellent. First night at 11pm the hair dryer was missing, they brought us a new one right away. We got home and found that 3 metal water bottles were missing, left in the luggage storage. With help from a Disney operator I filed a lost and found report on line. Acknowledged immediately, and a few days later, the 3 water bottles arrived, no charge. Finally, our private guide, Kayla, was awesome. An expensive vacation, but well worth it. No rain.

Stayed at the Grand Floridan Hotel, the hotel pool is just a breeding ground for thievery! If you don't carry all your possessions with you to either the bar, toilet or even if you go in the pool then you will be lucky if it will be there when you get back! This isn't other guests either this is the staff or what they like to call "cast" Absolutely shocking behaviour from the hotel manager by saying items are in a public place and have been lost or moved by a member of staff for safe keeping?? I've been in hotels all around the world and if things are left then they are still where they were left or put in lost and found - this hotel is a free for all for their staff to take guests property. Disgusting behaviour!!

Sehr schönes Hotel im Stile des letzten Jahrhunderts. Top Zimmer Einrichtung. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gute Restaurants. Optimal sind die Verbindungen mit Monorail und den Booten. Es können alle Boote genutzt werden. Magic Kingdom ist auch zu Fuss erreichbar, vielleicht 1.5 km.
