Even after Trip.com contacted the property to verify my requests would be met, I did not receive a king size bed, and breakfast was not served as was advertised as an incentive to choose that motel. The bed was only a full size bed and was extremely uncomfortable, when I had been assured via Trip.com that my request for a king size bed would be provided.

Great accommodations. If I come through Lake Charles again, I'll stay there again. Rooms were very clean, hallway was very clean. The only thing I'd ask them to change is have a little more available for breakfast items.

The property was very nice. The staff was very nice. I will definitely stay again.

The shower curtain was too short for the bathtub. There was only one coffee creamer and sugar. Room was clean and comfortable. The overall overnight experience was positive and a good value.

We booked a one night stay. Nice, simple room. Shower was great. Short drive to the ******s. We were there for a concert and had a great time. Good customer service at the front desk. We would definitely book again. Thank you!

They charged me a $50 deposit bc someone smoked in the room the halls and the room reaked of smoke! $89 plus $50 deposit not refunded! It’s ridiculous! The entire second floor smelled like an ashtray

Room was not very clean, had to clean room ourselves. Hotel has been renovated recently but is steadily going down hill fast Management turns off Direct tv during the last night stay to ensure you check out. Not a place for single women travelers. You do get what you pay for.

left an article of clothing from previous guest in the bathroom, and there were random insects...

I booked a 2-night stay here for business. Wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room and property overall. My only frustration was with the speed of the internet. When traveling for business, you need a modern, high-speed connection. They really need to update their technology. They are operating at about 2012 technology standards. Times have changed. I had to go down the road to a Starbucks to get enough internet speed to work. But, otherwise, a good stay!
