查爾斯湖日出汽車旅館(Sunrise Inn Lake Charles)

A/C worked great! Front office staff was very pleasant. Pricing was very reasonable, so I guess you get what you pay for. Room reeked of smoke, I do realize it was a smoking room. We got this room because it was on the ground floor. But it needed deodorizer or to be aired out. Comforter and sheets had cigarette holes in them.

Horrible. Cockroaches, bed bugs and nasty environment. Mold everywhere. There were holes in the walls and not in a clean or nice neighbor hood. I was walking out of the office when someone tried to tell me to get into their car. ***** are a huge problem with this facility. I would never in my life stay at this place again. I honestly was happy when I woke up and the relief was because I wasn’t murdered!

I needed 2 beds minimum. Didn’t get it...only one bed. Very awkward and uncomfortable

I didn't like the area the staff gave me an attitude before for miscommunication whit other staff about the rooms, other than that the rooms are clean beds are comfortable you get what you pay for. I just probably never chose this place again.
